Actually, Juliana doesn't own the copyright to this song because she's not the original singer. And melodic chords that are used by multiple composers are not copyrightable - this has been established by case law. Someone has already found several songs in Korea that have similar chords to Taeyeon's song. Idk, Taeyeon's song was composed in the United States by Charlie Puth' brother, Stephen Puth. I don't think it's likely that all these songs in Korea and the US are copying the same song. It's just one of those melody chords that composers use a lot.
