7 Nite in the show, his dad has pretty much make him practice and do the right thing. I’ve watched the show and he doesn’t seem to be taking it as seriously as he should sometimes. Also what you said is true too, and adding onto that, people say that there are other short dudes in the nba and while that is true, Julian is putting nowhere near the work(at least what we’ve seen m in the show) to become a good nba player. He’s putting in work, but he doesn’t seem focused at all

Nuby29 yeah. But the schools are normally set up with youngest on one end and oldest on the other. Once I came to America they are quite common for private schools but I don’t think there is any k-12 public schools. Downey Christian where Julian used to go is k-12, Montverde, where Ben Simmons went is k-12, AMHS one of the biggest schools in the country is k-12. So yeah it sounds wild in theory, but you only normally ever interact with the grades directly above and below you

yea i understand the criticism and everything but he’s still a high school kid tryna enjoy what he loves, i don’t think this video is necessary since anyone that actually knows basketball knows that he wasn’t going to the NBA & not just bc his height (he’s actually like 5’5) but he just doesn’t pass the “eye test”

I went to a high school like this. I was point guard for 12pt per game, but there was a kid Jared Hoskins who scored 5k on his high school career and he would have demolished this kid. His only D1 offer was Austin Peay and he ended up going to Rhodes. What I have to say from all that is it’s about the competition. If we had been playing public school ball, I wouldn’t have been averaging a double double and Jared wouldn’t have averaged over 30 for 5 years.
