Ganz in der Tradition seines berühmten Vaters Bob Marley stehend, ist Julian Marley ein gläubiger Rastafari, dessen Musik und Leben von Spiritualität geprägt sind. Marley ist ein Humanist und Philanthrop, der sich musikalisch von vielen Kulturen inspirieren lässt und dabei stets Rastafari bleibt.
1975 wird der jüngste Sohn von Bob Marley in London geboren. Seine Kindheit verbringt er zwischen England, wo seine Mutter Lucy Pounder lebt, und Jamaika. Schon früh lernt er Keyboard, Schlagzeug, Bass, Gitarre und andere Instrumente und nimmt im zarten Alter von fünf Jahren im Marley-Familienstudio auf Jamaika sein erstes Demoband auf.
Zusammen mit seinen Brüdern Ziggy, Damian und Stephen gründet er die Plattenfirma Ghetto Youth, mit der junge Talente aus den ärmeren Regionen der Welt unterstützt werden. 1996 erscheint sein erstes Soloalbum "Lion In The Morning", gefolgt von einer Welttournee. Sein drittes Album "Awake" wird 2009 für einen Grammy als bestes Reggae-Album nominiert.

This is indeed another king of raggea . He killed this show from start to end. But the camera person is not prof enough. You must focus on the lead singer especially those beautiful dance moves

I think you are wrong. Focusing on the lead singer is boring. The cameraman trying to capture the show and that including diversifying the shots. We see what the musicians are doing and how the crowd reacts! The cameraman is a real pro!

There was one amongst the sons that raally channeled bob . I think it was him. Or was it another? Ziggy did good work back in 1988. This was up to standard for sure.

Incrível o quanto o timbre de voz dele é igual do pai! Mas sinceramente? O cara ainda sim consegue ser muito original, mesmo interpretando algumas músicas do Bob, ele ainda consegue manter a originalidade junto com essa banda maravilhosa. Só achei o volume do teclado muito alto em alguns momentos
