Don't apologise we all feel this way they're a joke. The only reason they're being tolerated is for her majesty and the family that's it. Once this terrible week is over that's it. He's going to release his book that apparently attacks our Queen consort who her majesty Queen Elizabeth ii wanted Camilla by our king's side, we must support her and defend her. Is Camilla perfect? Nope, but she must love her husband, why else would she go through the outright hate she endured as "the other woman", the "woman who destroyed Diana and Charles's" she's worked her backside off to earn our respect and trust. Her main charitable focus her big project like how Catherine has young years/children's education, is domestic violence refuges and charity's that he'll women get justice, she truly deserve our support. Harry wants to come after her after we've lost our boved Queen and now he's gunna go after Queen Camilla? Nah not happening.

If you read Lady C’s book on Diana, in fact the Diana that everyone THOUGHT they knew, was not truly who she was. She had enormous problems prior to marriage due to her upbringing, and had many affairs on her part. Camilla, though she was involved in an affair, it wasn’t until later after Charles had gone through a lot with Diana’s issues. Further she was treated like crap for years and she worked hard to earn the respect she has now. Let’s give her respect because she has earned it.

She doesn't even look guilty or sorry for all that's gone on, the grief they've caused our beloved monarch in her last days when she should have been enjoying what little time she had left and we should've been paying attention to her not those two.

Referring to Harry as a hero is huge exaggeration, if you believe what other military men have said about him. Numerous stories have come out in the media, quoting other British soldiers who said that Harry was kept safe and out of harm's way during his entire deployment. Harry's nickname was "Bunker Harry" because he was whisked away at the first sight trouble, spending most of that time playing video games in a bunker while others fought.

Definitely. For PR and future business connections as they need to earn money as well as they need more stories they can tell to bash the Royals. I hope that when Methane Markle joins the Princess of Wales and the Queen Consort in the car, they will give her a silent treatment as she has an audio recorder hidden in her clothes to use these private conversations against them. I wish King Charles would just strip these woke couple of their titles and cut Harry off in the line of the throne. They will never stop bashing the Monarchy even with or without the titles and all the benefits it goes being a Royal. So, I just hope the King will just stop feeding their egos with titles and cut Harry off from the line of the throne.

As to your assertion he slept with an underage girl - it is her word against his and - IF it happened, It would depend upon WHERE it happened as to whether she was underage or not. If in London- she was NOT underage and if in the US it depends upon WHICH state. There are only 13 states in which she would have been considered underage.

Lets not forget that Meghan made an unproven statement that there was a racist in the Royal Family on the same day the Duke of Edinburgh was in hospital to die soon after. Meghan was forced to make it clear the next day that it was not the Queen or the Duke of Edinburgh but that was nothing short of stupid not to understand that it was wrong to make such a general statement and at the very time the Duke was ill in hospital. I thought about it just after she made that statement on that cheap tv special though only the tv special was shallow and cheap not their reward for saying something shocking for the sake of it. That shows their drive is for cash not for principals which is again proven by the two saying we should all not pollute at the same time as taking private jets around the world and being proven to make untrue statements regarding Nelson Mandela. They must both be rejected by Britain before they do more spiteful harm.

I'm not sure it's a lack of trust exactly. The majority of British people, particularly those who have some respect for the Queen, are older people. I find all this "He said. She said" nonsense really exhausting to deal with in my own family. So, why would I willingly engage with this in someone else's family? Imagine having to deal with a funeral in your own family, but you have to travel some distance with the kids fighting in the back of the car. It's irritating but it's not important. Also, since you're never going to get to the truth of "who started it", it's best to save your time and energy. Don't give them too much attention or make things worse by taking sides.

Trevor Coult is a veteran, who suffers from PTSD, also does a lot for veterans like himself.He was honoured with the MILITARY CROSS awarded to him by the Queen. He has a lot to say about Harry's stints in Afghanistan. He said Harry was never in any danger and was constantly guarded and flown off when the going got really tough. So what heroism on his part are we talking about? Or do we consider it heroic of him just being there? (PS: I corrected my post after having made a terrible blunder, writing Iron Cross instead of Military Cross - sorry).

My understanding is that harry DID NOT FIGHT IN Afghanistan. He apparently sat in a tent playing video games and was not allowed to fight. it is a myth as far as I have read for years now. This time I have heard from two reliable sources that Harry did not participate. Neither was he a pilot, he never passed his pilot exams . I would like to know the truth because elevating him to a war hero when he is not is not OK. Does anyone have true information?

All that is beside the point in my opinion. This is a man who had the patronage of the Royal Marines, but chose to ignore an RM memorial so that he could take his wife to a movie premier and hawk her wares to a Disney executive...... @@LisaMaryification I agree - it would be a poor start to the reign of King Charles III if one if his first actions was to ignore a law issued by a UK Government just for a photo-op of everyone wearing uniforms. When the Queen stripped Andrew and Harry of their honorary titles and rank, they ceased to be “serving” officers and lost the right to wear uniform at State events. Holocaust victims had their relatives killed in front of them.. including their babies and children.They saw relatives thrown into graves like trash.They were forced to walk naked,sleep in flee bitten holes and blankets.They never could have walked behind their parents funeral procession but even as children they would have loved that chance to.Haz needs to grow up and count his blessings even with life's tragedies which affect us all.He seems to be very vicious brat of the worst kind.The Markle chick is quite simply a horrid spirit of the Philistines.Maybe Haz was refused to be able to wear his uniform because all the services said he was not suitable person to wear uniform because of his trashing of the Queen and country.

The analogy just means..again...Haz needs to grow up now and count at the very least he was able to walk behind his Mum's coffin.That is at least something better than many others were ever able to do.Death of a loved one is always hard..it is always different for everyone.If he stopped his victim hood and looked at what others have gone through and thought of them,he will stop his focusing on himself all the time.Nothing is ever enough for him.

Now, try having some compassion: how could Harry possibly know? He has lived a very sheltered life. If you know about these things and understand they are wrong, then why do you not apply the same logic towards understanding how maybe, just maybe, being forced to mourn in public isn't exactly a privilege everyone wants or has the coping mechanisms to deal with?

I don't understand the current penchant for forgiving a couple who lie, distort stories, misremember, and use a PR company to spin their silly and inconsistent narratives. That Oprah interview was so full of lies that I discerned while watching. I had no sympathy then and none now. They both represent the worst of people in a civilised world. King Charles was bolstered by the love and gratitude shown by the people. I was comforted by the large number of people who attended my 92 year old mother's funeral. Why can't Harry be respectful and grateful to the people who loved and mourned his mother?

As an American, I can tell you that Harry and his wife are not a big hit here.

When these two got together , like millions of other Brits I was overjoyed that Harry had found someone to share his life with and they seemed a really nice couple however, there was an interview they did I think it was their engagement interview, and when the cameras got up close and personal, I said to my husband that woman is going to be trouble, my husband laughed it off, but the eyes tell you a lot about a person and hers were not welcoming. My husband has backed down now and realised what I said was spot on, and we now know, trouble is her middle name.

I said the same to my friend and she was highly offended and thought that I was being nasty. Well lo and behold she apologized to me. I was shocked. Even the other she said that MM is a horrible woman. I just smiled to myself. Once I saw how she was always hanging on Harry, that told me a lot about her. I also knew that the relationship between Harry and William was going to change because there is no way that she would be like Catharine and allow them to have their unique relationship. Harry was hers and hers alone, no one else would come between them. If Harry wants to go somewhere, she would have to be there as well. The writing is on the wall for this marriage and it will be extremely nasty. She will take him to the cleaners. As I said to my friend, I hope that the Palace have so tight that if the marriage ends in divorce, she will not be getting all of his money. I think The Queen set up Harry's inheritance if there is any in a tight trust because she could see the writing was on the wall for these two.

Very few actors come up to the same standard to the British. I have watched The Queen's ceremony and there is no way that the Americans could put on such an event in such a short space of time with such exemplary performance.

Harry never was in any danger, he was not allowed to go into battle. He was protected 24 /7. What he did was keep any goods and supplies ready. In fact I also said they had to stay back to babysit him

Harry was very heavily guarded, he was never in any danger.

As long as Meghan is in the picture there will not be a “reunion” between Harry and William.

The King served on HMS Jupiter as a Sub Lieutenant and was the Commanding Officer of a mine sweeper, the Bronnington, Edward rather surprisingly embarked on the Royal Marines officer training course, probably one of if not the hardest course there is, he was one of many who did not get to the end. To suggest that Andrew and Harry service is more valued than the others is a slight on them, if you follow this logic than my 22 years in the Royal Navy is not as valuable as some of my shipmates who were in Northern Ireland, Down South in the Falklands and the First Gulf War, I left with a single medal my long service and good conduct medal awarded after 15 years for undected crime as we say. They can't wear uniform because of protocol and tradition, whilst Andrew has been given disposition for 1 event. I am no fan of his having encountered him during my time in the RN I am not a lone in this feeling, whether Harry was Bunker Boy protected by the SAS I have no idea. Far to much time spend on these 2, this is about my old Boss the Queen and her goodbye from a grateful nation

No way would the RF do that.Meghan has a vivid imagination.And as for wondering what colouring the baby would have - that is normal.Discussed in my family -skin colour eyes.Firstborn fair,2nd darker,3rd dark.Not a problem.And all had different coloured eyes.

There is a law in 1849 that you cannot wear your uniform after discharged from service or not a working royal. Please get facts right when you are reporting. The King is allowing a brief ok for Andrew per his Mother's request in her funeral plans. He was not discharged from military, he was asked to step down due to his law suit. He did not turn his back deliberately on his Queen. Big difference really. I'm no fan of Andrew, but he has not trashed his family for money. And he is there through thick and thin.

Andrew and Harry were striped of their Honorary Military Roles. They not entitled to wear Military Uniform as they no longer serve. Like ALL ex-servicemen they wear their medals on ceremonious occasions.

The real measure of a person is the respect and goodwill they engender in others. I always had respect for Oprah until the interview of Harry & Meghan. This interview was to help Meghan Markle because she was a person of color. Oprah helped Tyler Perry and I agree with paying it forward. The problem is Meghan doesn’t engender goodwill and respect. We have to put character over race if we are to survive in this world together. Look at all the division Meghan has caused.

Harry didn't fight for his country! He was kept safe by other soldiers who risked their lives keeping him safe. I heard he played video games most the time! As for his children we haven't even been introduced to them properly yet, Megan playing games with them!

Anyone would think she’s already arranging cynical interviews in the US to raise her profile about how devastated she is at the Queen’s death and how it’s affected her more than anyone else since she’s a minority victimised brave and inspirational woman of colour. Which, in all honesty, she probably has.

Condolences to the Royal Family and the UK people. Horrid and Megain give a slimy vibe and people at their age acting that way makes me feel gross.

Harry resigned his duties. Plus he played computer games in a protected environment.

As an American, our media’s goal is to polarize people. Criticizing how much tax $$ England spends is just a joke when our tax $$ is literally thrown at whatever whim our govt wants and much is their back pockets.

This American cancelled her subscription to the NYT. It's outrageous they commented on the price of the funeral. It would be like the Brits commenting on the price of our presidential inauguration and the five balls afterwards.

I thought there were rules about when uniforms could be worn... As I understand it, only serving members of the armed forces (even honorary titles like the royals have) can wear uniforms. Not even veterans can wear their dress uniforms as they are no longer serving. This is what I have understood but am very open to correction!

My husband is a veteran. All vets know this. It isn't hard to figure out that these two are no longer allowed to wear uniforms. It isn't punishment. It's the rules.

Julia, stop being asinine! I’m not even British but even I know (from talking to British servicemen) that in the UK, only ACTIVE military can wear a uniform! Wearing a uniform ceremonially after retirement from active duty is an AMERICAN custom, not a British one! Retired British servicemen wear their MEDALS to show their years of service with a normal suit! Just stop pushing the narrative that the lack of uniform is punitive! ALL other men and women who served in foreign wars who were retired would also show their service with medals displayed on a suit but it’s actually the LAW in the UK that only ACTIVE servicemen and women can wear a uniform! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Prince Andrew and Harry have no present military positions that is why they are not wearing uniforms. I am an ex soldier and I am now not entitled to wear my uniform. Very simple!

I think Andrew still has his honorary titles, which means he can. He was due to be made an Admiral (I think - some kind of promotion, anyway), just as the lawsuit stuff happened, so HM Queen put a stop to it. He didn't wear uniform at the Duke Of Edinburgh's funeral, on the orders of HM Queen, not because he isn't entitled to. Harry actually was stripped of his honorary titles, hence he can't wear the uniforms. Princess Anne never served, but she has honorary titles, hence she can wear the uniform. Sorry, my sister and her husband were both in the RN, and I get lectured on this quite often.

As a loyalist in mourning lets be straight about this. No way on this Earth was Harry or Andrew ever in danger of risking their lives in conflict at all.

The two “heroes” are the most irresponsible, corrupt and offensive, having exploited their positions. Consequences, responsibility, respect. That’s what we want to see.
