NO! It is time to return to normal and allow nature to take its course. The NHS has had over 6 months to gear up and prepare. We have been extremely tolerant of the restrictions but now it is time for mass civil disobedience or all our jobs will be lost and our entire society will be put in jeopardy over a bad case of Flu!

I don't understand why people are almost hysterical because they can't get an appointment to be tested and are willing to drive miles for one. If they test positive they are told to self isolate at home.....so if they don't feel well...just do that, why bother testing?

On top of the false positives, the numbers of positive tests are rising because they are detecting artifacts from all the asymptomatic infections people had weeks or even months ago when the virus was at its peak and had spread to a far greater extent than we realised. That’s why most of these positive tests do not result with people getting ill. They have already had it. It’s largely over.

I've got five kids at school, within a week of being back, 4 of them developed colds which they've passed on to us, and many of their friends have already been going off with a variety of things, including possible C-19 symptoms and its happening in every school around these parts....so why the hell impose a rule of six, when the kids all mingling closely together in bubbles of potentially a few hundred students, with bugger all SD will immediately undo anything this stupid rule of six could do, because they bring everything home to pass onto their parents?? And as for the tests, try getting one...we tried and there was none available not even ones they post to your home.

Why is it only certain geographical areas of the UK have these local lockups? I’ll tell you why it’s because of the ethnic diversity in those areas. Bolton has a big ethnic population. I live just down the road from Bolton, last Friday I parked up outside a mosque and sure enough Friday prayer when ahead as normal. So what does this tell us?

Control has been passed to Local Councils to administer and Leicester (Labour Controlled) is still in Lockdown and the City a Ghost Town. Where I live no travel restrictions, camping & caravan sites fully open, restaurants, bars, cafes etc open normally. Sheer and utter madness is being witnessed here over a 'Virus' that has proven less harmful than some Influenza outbreaks in the past. EG The Flu Epidemic 2017/18 when 50,000+ died in the UK alone did not as much as cause a mention on the media ? Why can’t they leave our kids alone? They are not affected by Covid and there are no reported cases of student to teacher transmission. So closing schools or putting masks on children is and has been unnecessary.

I've just got as far as 13.06, but I'm not sure I can last another 2 minutes of this individual. It's no wonder the country is heading for problems when the likes of this man have a hand in running things. A Remainer, who according to Wikipedia was a former Head of Public Affairs for SERCO UK & Europe the organisation being paid billions, with responsibility for dealing with illegal immigrants when they arrive in the UK.

We have no opposition to our present insane government which is a problem but we can turn this to our advantage. Firstly the continued destruction of both the Labour Party and Lib/dems must remain a priority. What we need to do is force the Conservative Party to actually become one for the first time in its entire history. You never know it may actually end up conserving something worth conserving for the first time since 1834. This may be easier to achieve that it may at first appear. We have to take it over one constituency at a time, and use our inherent majority to influence individual MP's who may wish to continue being one. As Nigel has now demonstrated several times we don't have to actually win even a single seat in parliament never mind an overall majority to have an influence over government policy. The communist or fascist left have been eating the Greens, Labour and Lib/Dems for many years by either covert or subversive means, and we have to fight back using similar methods, and VERY QUICKLY. The sensible, patriotic and genuinely liberal majority need to unite and target individual MP's of mainly the Conservative Party. Threaten to concentrate our overwhelming strength where most needed to drive through particular social and economic politics. We have almost achieved this with Brexit and we now need to achieve this with free speech, and all that goes with it. We need to radically reform the way our universities indoctrinate rather than educate our youth, as well as a whole load of other institutions of state and corporatist power. The most important battles right now are getting this country back to work, and utterly wiping out the BBC, while winning back some control over our mainstream media. It is also becoming clearer every day that there are forces acting throughout our entire political and institutional class who are determined to start a RACE WAR, we can not allow this to start, as once it does it may never finish. The British public have been going in one direction, while our entire political establishment and all of our public institutions have been going in an opposite one, and this has to both stop and start being reversed NOW, hopefully before there is an unstoppable breakdown in civil order. We can not wait another 5 years and then yet another, things are moving far too fast for that kind of process to deliver anything like the desired result.

Here in China, most stores and restaurants no longer require a mask, and that few places that do are the airport, train station, or subway. Occasionally a cabbie will wear one, as do a few older people in my apt complex (I'm guessing they have a respiratory problem since the vast majority of other elderly don't wear one). Schools have resumed, and social distancing has ended, as exemplified by the dozen or more unmasked elderly guys who gather below my window every day to BS or play Chinese chess. *The COVID crisis is over.*

Don’t forget that the “ rule of six “ only started on Monday- four days ago.
