I really, really hope you're right about Fantastic Four not taking place in the MCU. Either way, I would've rather had the Silver Surfer and Galactus introduced as the iconic characters we've grown to love them as.
I think Julia is an excellent addition to the cast, however I also think she will be quickly overshadowed by people who, before seeing the movie or knowing the context of the character, begin to call her cast Woke or forced inclusion. Ok, maybe it's true, but at least for the moment we can't know and in fact there are already people mentioning those words.
