Agree with Ms. Glez. The Tajima SAI works wonderful. I have embroidered caps (structured, unstructured and foam), polyester polos, shoes, and very tiny readable letters, etc. I have used all kinds of threads; 30,40, 60, 75 weight, wooly & metallic. It has embroidered flawless. I only change the needle size. I have never adjusted the upper or bobbin tensions. The laser crosshair is very valuable for pIacement. Only Tajima has this crosshair. Most just have a dot for the center. Prewound bobbins work great. One machine makes you wind you own bobbins which might save money but definitely not time. I use Hatch 3 for software.

I own this machine, it's a beast and works beautifully! The software is not the best, and do not worry about the updates, I bought this machine 2 years ago and I haven't gotten any updates yet (If there is one somewhere let me know) Also I found only one update for the machine internal software. Buy it because this machine is good but use Hatch (I use Hatch 3) or something else compatible. I got a new laptop and I couldn't log in to Writer plus it lets you use it once only they should fix that.

Hi I need help installing the cap hoop and center the designs

Does it work with embrillance or accept files created with embrillance?

Can you do chenille? What is QVP? And why does it come with a version that doesn't have the QVP mark? Is it worse?

Is possible to adjust the length of jump stitches? I just stitched out some designs and some of my jump stitches were quite long

Does this work with a Mac?
