I think the reason Megumi is taking time to come out( the whole ult is already done) is because Mahoraga will also have a small Moveset or smth like that which is not complete yet. Because if that is not the case then u can see how slow Mahoraga walks and if he could only m1 then that is a huge disadvantage as people would run away and the Mahoraga ult would be wasted. If not then he should have been released by now as the Domain and the summoning is already done.

They're probably gonna give him a simple moveset and make it so you do a TON of damage since its a temporary transformation,also they might remove knockback for Mahoraga

Its probably incomplete. I bet its incredibly powerful because theres a "Ritual" Meter when he is playing as Mahoraga, and its really short. So you probably have a very short time to be very powrful.
