@@prettypuffprincess She needs to lose 100 lbs minimum. A women at 5'5 shouldn't weigh more than 145 max. We'll be lenient and say 160 if she were to put on lean muscle mass. But being 250 lbs for the last 8 years, maintaining muscle mass should be the least of your concern. She could lose 100+ lbs this year if she dedicated herself and made it a priority.

I can admit that at 250lbs & 5’4 my period was irregular at age 26 that was enough to push me into getting into fitness and at age 31 I finally lost the 85lbs. It was hard and I had to do it for me but I can say it was so worth it and I went from invisible to being seen. I’m still not a 100 mindset wise when it comes to dating but I still have the desire of being a mother. If your actions don’t align with your desire it’s just a wish not a plan.

That’s what I hate about the internet, everyone is a self proclaimed something with no results to back it up. His show is entertaining but clearly he has done many things wrong if he hasn’t gotten those type of results for himself. I know the type of women he is looking for. I have a lot of male friends so I know what he is saying isn’t far off. But where his message is getting blurred is he is telling these women they will die alone or with a pet. Which is actually a huge red flag in itself. Not always, but I guess in psychology it’s quite commonly known that the voice tone stops developing at the age they were abused, usually by family. Hope this didn’t happen to her but it’s definitely like I said, a red flag of potentially significant concern.
