Don’t be discouraged about baby number 2:) my oldest sister was born VERY premature and it was a traumatic situation for my parents but I was born after super healthy and my mom had a “normal” pregnancy! My dad told me how much of a blessing it was to have good memories of pregnancy with my mom after I was born and how it wasn’t always traumatic:) but that’s definitely your choice I’m just letting you know to never lose hope!

I had my son may 16th in mtl during covid too. So grateful my boyfriend was able to be there but we were also stuck in a room for four days, was hot as hell too since they had the air turned off to be safer for covid. I had a c section also and I agree I have no idea how I would of done postpartum without him.

My lactation consultant told me if I ever caught COVID then you could still breastfeed! It’s actually good because it gives them the antibodies to fight it! (Your milk will turn a greenish color) she just said to wash hands and wear a mask or you can pump!❣️ hope this eases your mind a bit! I was scared after having my baby as well and this made me feel better!

You can do 2 French/Dutch braids that start at the crown of the head. Then sleep in it. That usually gives me the same result 😊

How has your BPD been since giving birth? During my pregnancy it felt like my BPD was nonexistent and now after having my baby in May, it's slowly creeping back in with some symptoms.

I think I always dealt with it a little. Like a lot of times situations would be very black and white for me. But it definitely isn’t as bad as it used to be because I’ve been working really hard on it! Therapy has taught me so so so much 🤍 I hope you start to feel better soon!

I'm from the Caribbean and in our general hospitals in order for ur partner to be there they have to do a class and because of covid I had to give birth alone as well women have to stay by themselves until discharged. I stayed in the hospital for 2 days and a half by myself with my baby and visiting hour were for 1 person only for only 2 hours in the day cause of covid so it was definitely hard. After almost 24 hours of labour and then to be by yourself is crazy. At least at the end of it I have my sweet little boy.
