Its kind of a optical illusion, he does the initial jump-off but instantly stretches his legs again instead of tucking, it looks like he is falling off, but instead he is actually jumping. At least thats how i think it went down.

He jumped with body before lifting the legs during the airtime, here u see only the legs during air

fuzzyfeet I was wondering if someone would ask about that! It was done in post. The camera recorded it as 4K vertical video so there was plenty to crop from.

Aina kun oon kuullu että hyvän laskijan tekee se että osaat tehä isoja korkkeja tai muuta oon sanonut että juho kilkki on hyvä esimerkki siitä että voit olla perkeleen hyvä laskemaan vaikka tämä ominaisuus puuttuisi vaikka juhon tapauksessa kyse onkin ilemisesti (acl) joka isompia hyppyjä rajoittaa. ootte koko sakki ja tuutte aina olemaan esikuvia ensinnäkin luovuudessa ja laskemisessa ylipäätään. jos tällä ei linnan juhliin pääse niin joku on päättäjissä vikana. ps tsemppiä koko RS väelle!

Haha you know what. I actually destroyed three of my keys during the filming of this video. 😂 Probably won't be skiing with keys clipped anymore!

get a 360 camera will save you lots of camera rigging time, great music and spinning skills!

I suppose yes but also no. Generally it would be easier to use 360 cameras for sure. However this video definitely wouldn't have been the same with a 360 camera and personally I prefer the footage from normal cameras. Thanks anyway!
