I think maybe just the setup to the throw using an ouchi gari feint to square them up, and then go for it. I think maybe he discusses gripping too? Hard to tell for me.

There was discussion of foot placement at the start of the video too and I think a bit about the hips/legs (jambe is leg). Several times he talks about pulling uke up and not down/round for kuzushi.

After that throw that guy in blue disappears never to be seen for the rest of the video! :))

Jaja,exactly poor uke...the work of uke is very hard in judo.

problem is only one student is doing the drill. The other student will need an ice bath on that shoulder.

the black girl seems to have flat feet, that condition almost certainly affects her throw abilities - stop wearing high heels!
