Sung-Sook Jung (KOR) - Miriam Blasco (ESP)
Korean judoka Sung-Sook Jung is the 2000 Olympic bronze medallist U63kg of Sydney and 1995 World Champion in Chiba. Also she won bronze at the 1996 Atlanta Games U61kg and two World Championships medals in total. She won the Goodwill Games in St. Petersburg in 1994.
Miriam Blasco was the first female gold medallist ever for Spain, was elected for the Spanish Parliament in Madrid. Blasco had won in 1992 at the Barcelona Olympics judo U56kg category against Nicola Fairbrother from Great Britain. Later they formed a couple and got married in 2016 after beging together for over 20 years. Blasco has an own club in Alicante.
