நான் வழக்கறிஞர் தான் எனக்கு தெளிவாக தெரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்பதற்காக தான் எனது சந்தேகத்தை கேட்டேன் இந்து வாரிசுரிமை சட்டம் பிரிவு 15 இறந்த பெண்ணின் சொத்து பற்றி சொல்கிறது அதில் உயில் வழியாக கிடைத்த சொத்து அவரது தனிப்பட்ட சொத்தாக கருதப்படும் என சொல்கிறது ஆனால் எனது கேள்வி கணவன் மற்றும் மனைவி இருவர் பெயரிலும் உயில் எழுதப்பட்டு இருக்கிறது இதில் மனைவி இறந்து விட்டால் உயில் வழி கிடைத்த அந்த சொத்து கணவனுக்கு மட்டும் சொந்தமாகுமா அல்லது ‌பிள்ளைகளுக்கு சொத்தில் பங்கு இருக்கிறதா
