Judge Mal needs to be the necessary kind of power that's needed in today's society. Reminds me of that one judge who felt a lot of remorse for the guy who was in court for child support and when she announced that the guy who was paying child support money wasn't in fact the father of the child he was taking care of, the news broke him. Meanwhile his supposed wife was in the courtroom acting a damn fool all because he has to do what is required by law, so the judge promptly went off on the fat lady.

As a woman…I support punishing accusations made maliciously. Not ALL accusations…like sometimes shit happens and there’s no evidence and it would be fucked up for the victim to be victimized TWICE. But when shit is obvious that lies were made, I support punishment cause it hurts women too to have people out here abusing the system for their own benefit. Cause then it’s harder for REAL victims to find help and be believed.

I work alone, at night, at a hotel. I'm a somewhat rough looking person, so I take precautions not to alarm anyone I come across at night. I also take precautions to ensure I'm always under a surveilled area, and try to avoid being one-on-one with guests in any place without cameras. (their rooms, changing area, fitness room, etc) unless I have to. Most people are understanding, but now and then I get a (usually) lady who's incredibly offended that I set my phone to record, put it in my chest pocket where it peeks out, and refuse to enter the room alone with them without the door propped open.

As someone falsely accused of rape back in high school, this hit home. Bitches really be out there just not giving a shit if they ruin someone's life so long as they get what they want. For me some 14 yr old chick got drunk at party, got busted by her parents and said I R'd her, why, oh her parents were gonna ground her for the summer, grounded for a season vs 15 years in jail, that's equal right.....worst part is, it still didnt stop her from telling everyone at high school I did anyways.

@@umbrellazandthangz1539 fuck no lol, she got read the riot act (which Im sure she rolled her eyes through) and I had to walk home from the cop shop on the other end of town and then like I said at school the next week she just told everyone I did it and the cops are useless because again completely fucking my shit up, never even occurred to her. Now with hat said the cops were equally big assholes, they just straight up assumed I was guilty from the jump, I literally turned 18 the day after this party (party was June 6th, birthday the 7th, picked up the 8th) and was still a virgin, the one was basically all like "Just admit it, stop wasting everyone's time, Ive already got a mountain of paperwork and 18 other cases", that was the hill I was gonna die on, literally told the cops "im not losing my B-card before my V-card" eventually they gave her the rape kit, found out she was lying (I hope that was as uncomfortable as they say for her by the way), then dickwad cop shows up, calls us both dipshit teenagers and washed his hands of the whole situation...Im pretty sure the chick is married and has children today, can only imagine the gems they are.

Worked at a Boy Scout camp 16 years ago, started dating a girl that was also on staff. It was okay at first but something felt off about the whole thing, the way she talked about other people and tore them down didn't sit right with me. I broke it off after a few weeks but thought we could still be friends at least.... thinking about it now I realize I was naive. Anyway a couple of weeks after we broke up, the Catholic, Jewish, and LDS chaplains, all of whom I was friends with, sat me down and told me that she had been telling people that I was stalking her. I was PISSED, but they calmed me down and basically convinced me to tell her to stay away from me and I would stay away from her. Made sure that I had a witness there too so that there was no "he said/she said" BS. I haven't seen her since (thank god). If those rumors had gotten to management, I could have lost my job and had charges brought against me depending on how badly she wanted to stick to her story. Ironic thing is that she was the one that stalked ME. After I told her to stay away I saw her waiting for me at the entrance of the men's shower house (so I had to circle around and enter from the other side to avoid her) and I'm pretty sure I saw her follow me a couple times but because I had people around she couldn't approach. False accusations are no joke.

"I swear it always be the dumb bitches" -judge mal 2023 😂
This man is the hand of justice himself when he was the judge
Judge Mal needs to be the necessary kind of power that's needed in today's society. Reminds me of that one judge who felt a lot of remorse for the guy who was in court for child support and when she announced that the guy who was paying child support money wasn't in fact the father of the child he was taking care of, the news broke him. Meanwhile his supposed wife was in the courtroom acting a damn fool all because he has to do what is required by law, so the judge promptly went off on the fat lady.

She did it out of spite. She said it was just sexual harassment. She reported a "title XI" to my school, investigated, dropped due to a lack of evidence. No more then a week later, her parents go to the police and report rape. We have found out that they were "unsatisfied" with the previous ruling.

Now if only falsely accused men in real life could get that kind of justice. It should be in the Constitution that if you falsely accuse, you get five consecutive life sentences and all of your assets are transferred to the one you accused as compensation.
And that ladies and Gentlemen is how it should be done 👏👏👏👏

I work alone, at night, at a hotel. I'm a somewhat rough looking person, so I take precautions not to alarm anyone I come across at night. I also take precautions to ensure I'm always under a surveilled area, and try to avoid being one-on-one with guests in any place without cameras. (their rooms, changing area, fitness room, etc) unless I have to. Most people are understanding, but now and then I get a (usually) lady who's incredibly offended that I set my phone to record, put it in my chest pocket where it peeks out, and refuse to enter the room alone with them without the door propped open.

It is crazy that Rape/SA is one of the hardest crimes to actually gather enough evidence to rightful convict someone. You need a DNA sample, or it's a game of he said she said. There's gotta be a better way to find the truth.

But instead most judges will take anything as evidence and the wrongfully accused will be convicted of something they had no participation in.

This hits hard for me as someone who was wrongfully accused of this exact crime and had to prove my innocents and switch schools because of it and it didn't help because around that time i was still shellshocked at my recent diagnosis that states I've had undiagnosed autism for the whole life of 17 years until now and that piled on with the accusations were hell on earth for me i genuinely love this video that stands with the fact hundreds of lives are being ruined and fucked up because of shit like this but also makes it harder for real victims of those crimes to actually come out due to fear of not being believed its like the boy who cried wolf but instead of one person getting counted as a liar but thousands of other people who are innocent actually suffering the same stigma and harassment
