I think CoV should be error. (15.00) because I feel like if somehow someone was determined enough to beat this, they wouldn't like how they would be the first person to beat a nil citadel (or tower) they would want to be the first victor of an ERROR citadel (or tower.)

If the new cov has a chance of getting in the game they should add the old floor 2 song to be the song of the portal room
