JSX: (Semi) Private Flying at Economy Prices JetSuiteX Airlines Review
JetSuiteX Airlines is a charter airline that sells tickets on flights throughout the Western United States. JetSuiteX Airlines is now known as JSX. JSX Airline or JetSuiteX operates a fleet of Embraer 135's and Embraer 145's on routes between Arizona, Nevada, California, Oregon, and Washington State.
I recently bought a ticket from JetSuiteX Airlines when I need to fly from Phoenix to Burbank. They were the perfect solution because they offered so much more than traditional airlines offering tickets at similar prices.
JetSuiteX eliminates the extra time and hassle required by traditional airlines like TSA checks, massive crowds, and even jetbridges!
I was so impressed with the service and overall experience on JetSuiteX and left hoping they expand their network beyond those five states.
In this video, I'll highlight everything you need to know to maximize your time on this amazing airline. From where to go, what to expect, and who to look for, you'll see everything you'll need to know to have a great trip with JSX Airline a/k/a JetSuiteX.

@Jose A. Rodriguez don’t be too hyped up, JSX is expanding so quickly that some of their planes aren’t even refurbished from when it was originally obtained
I do not know what to do with this information; but one day I'm going to abuse the hell out of it
Quick boarding is one of the fringe benefits of having no overhead bins ;)

Meh, I frequently get from airport parking to the seat of a plane in 30 minutes and in plenty of cases in under 15 minutes with a bag. (In Europe, especially northern)

@@rkan2 A lot different in Europe. No TSA, different regulations
20/10 recommend, I flew them from PHX-OAK. And I never want to fly a traditional airline again. Best flight experience ever!
My DAL LAS round trip was flawless and a wonderful experience. No TSA, no crowds, no long wait for your checked bags. Revolutionary. Kudos to JSX! Cheers 🥂
Jeb, thanks for posting. Indeed what a nice alternative (and comfortable/less stressful) means of travel. Looking forward to JSX expanding their operations beyond the west coast.
We LOVE flying JSX! I'm hearing they'll be growing and expanding all across the country soon!
Such a cool experience! I’ve thought about the logistics of starting up a similar operation here in Dallas to serve Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico, and Louisiana, but I’m no businessman
What a great business model! I hope they expand their fleet and routes. I would certainly give them my business if they flew into my local airport! Thanks for highlighting this airline. Take care and Happy Travels! ♥️🛫🌐
Way to go Jeb !! Great review my friend and a very good airline...lets hope they flourish as you said ! Nothing wrong with a few "selfies" with the rich and famous! A most excellent review and here's to your next adventure !!
Thanks for this review! I will be flying JSX on their new route from Seattle's Boeing Field to Portland in April. Now I really can't wait to give them a try!!
Another great video, Jeb... Had never heard of JSX before... Your presentations are so well done. Look forward to an awesome KZread 2020 from you. Always a pleasure to see Jeb Brooks pop up on the screen...
I've gotta try this out - it looks like a great way to fly! Another great video, Jeb!
Thanks for sharing what feels like an insider's airline and what fun! Wishing you safe and happy travels in 2020. Looking forward to seeing your future reports and experiences. Take care. Hello from London - the UK home of Jeb-setters ; - )
You’re videos are really great, Jeb! Love your content style!
You should try Contour Airlines! From my experience, they are basically the east coast version of JSX. 30 seat E135s with fares as low as $39!

Had no idea this airline existed. Thanks for the great review. Will definitely try them out soon as I fly these routes often.
We flew JSX in 2023 and it was AMAZING!! So many more routes you must fly them again!!
Found out someone I know took a few flights on JSX to Vegas and thought they were AWESOME! Now I really can't wait to fly on JSX! Thanks again Jeb!
That's amazing. Such cheap prices for luxury travel, I really hope this becomes a trend.
So happy with JSX. Will use them whenever possible.
wow, this is a wonderful review of JSX! I have to try this airline someday!
That's cool running into Jay Leno and so was your video " Another One " LOL LOL great review.. Jeb
After I flew with JSX it made it so hard for my wife and I to fly on the major airlines!!! We loooove JSX!!
Such an amazing video Jeb those cacti 🌵 pics were spot on I would love to do something like you sometime thank you 😊!
I fly out of Burbank all the time. Always wondered about that airline. Will definitely try it next time. Thanks for the video.
So gotta try this airline now! Thank you for this video
JetSuite and JSX are very cool products. As a chauffeur I’ve driven clients that use this service frequently. I’ve toured the various aircraft that they operate, they are nice. Love the idea of the “business class” experience that they offer, as they seem to be at pretty reasonable rates too.
Love the video. Can’t wait to someday try them out!
Awesome flight. An interesting way to fly, that not many people think about.
I’ve always wanted to fly JSX! Thanks for the look into their operations :)
Thanks for the recommendation on Will’s channel. Just watched a few videos. Good stuff.

I agree, Even operated by a regional carrier, the 1-2 layout makes a huge difference over their CRJ Counterparts. I 'd even say the larger E-170's are better than the CRJ 700 or 900. Can't wait to see more of the 550's though
This is the way flying should be.
Jeb, Nice review on JSX will look at it for future flights to AZ. Thanks
I’m flying with them up to BFI and back when the open PDX-BFI! Thanks for the great review!😄
Wow! a calatrava pilot travel time!!! The channel has been good to you.

Most airports upstate aren’t as crazy as NYC airports so the time savings is marginal. However, it is a higher class alternative to regional jets (common upstate). A lot of the luxury seems to be created by having everyone check their bag and removing overhead luggage, creating more space. This begs the question: why do we have overhead luggage? Airlines could just gate check all overhead carry ons, as they make people do this anyways. This would streamline the boarding process making it simpler for people to get on and off the airplane quicker.
Flew home from Las Vegas to Phoenix $49 and I thought it was the best flight I've ever had. Going back to Vegas in a month and flying JSX of course. We are as excited to be flying JSX as we are going to Vegas.
Nice to hear about a non cramped flight. Also being able to meet someone that is known world wide can be very enjoyable.
UpAndComing: I wish an up and coming airline such as lots of luck and growth.
Thank you Jeb for showing JSX! Would like to fly them from Phoenix to Las Vegas but first flight is 10am and meetings are earlier in the day. It would be incredible to fly with them. Looks much more comfortable compared to American Airlines. I check their website each time I need to fly but have not found a good flight time. I know they will grow and have more flight times. Can't wait to fly on JSX.

tedcohen01 Unfortunately they can’t grow much. Their entire business model skirts the law as they are operating a scheduled airline, but claiming it operates as a charter.

George L Great point. I didn't think of that. Thank you for the comment!
@afcgeo882

tedcohen01 Beware that the two models require vastly different pilot training, age and certification. Charter pilots only need to be 18 and have a commercial license, which requires just 250 hours logged. Scheduled airlines are required to have ATP pilots and for that the minimum age is 23, minimum hours are 1500, 50 hours in multi-engine aircraft, and must be type rated. This was not required until 2013. Before that, first officers could be just commercial. This change was brought on by the 2009 Colgan 3407 crash.

George L You can troll this video all you want, but public charter flying utilizes a well-established regulatory framework. No one is skirting anything, and JSX has all of the necessary operational authority for the flights they sell and operate.

speaks3703 You need to check yourself, little man. No one is trolling anything. If you disagree, feel free to do so, but do not think for one second that you have some moral high ground because you disagree. In fact, that statement of yours makes YOU the troll as you’ve switched from talking about the topic to an ad hominem attack.
Have flown them from Phoenix to Burbank and Las Vegas and have not paid over $69 each way everything included. Great option for the taller traveler like me. Awesome airline and am very spoiled now.
Thanks for the pro tip Jeb! No clue this existed up here in the PNW. Opened my eyes. Already booked my trip to Oakland next week. Unbelievably cheap compared to the mainline air carriers. Looking forward to the trip and using JSX often...bye bye SeaTac crowds and lines. 👍👌👍
If you liked JSX you need to check out Ultimate Air Shuttle. They fly out of Atlanta, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Chicago, and Cleveland. They operate a similar style operation to JSX.

Chase Warren Yep, they operate mainly Dornier 328 Jets (a rare bird these days), and they serve Atlanta from DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK). Ultimate uses secondary airports in every city they serve except for Charlotte.
Awesome video man
Booking it to San Francisco in a week or so. Sounds GREAT. Thanks for the heads up.
JSX is great. I fly them from CCR to BUR whenever I can to avoid Oakland or SFO. If you want to people watch, fly in or out of Burbank during the Coachella Music festival. They offer flights to the festival and you get to see so many celebrities flying.
Flying JSX from Seattle to Las Vegas today. Our first time, and looking forward to it!
Awesome getting to meet Jay Leno!!! I’d love to meet him:) Looks like an airline I’ll have to try!!
I was just in Phoenix last week. JSX looks pretty nice and seems like a good value!
im so excited to be flying to burbank with this now!!!
Really awesome!
How interesting I just flew them from Orange County to Las Vegas for the builders convention. Please try flying out of SNA my home airport, you may even like it more than piedmont triad!
❤️ JSX been flying with them since the beginning. Concord to Burbank 👍🏼. Burbank to Las Vegas 👍🏼 looking forward to new destinations with them🤩
I got a pic of that 757 at SFO. I love JSX, I wish they went to LAX from CCR. Great video
Looking very nice.
Flown them 3 times between Phoenix and Vegas now!! $60 one way each and every time, never stops impressing! Doesn’t get any better then this. Much better then the classic getting yelled at by TSA because they change what you’re taking out of your bag each and every time. Always a good experience on jsx. 100% recommend flying them! Such a luxury too, so much legroom etc compared to the cramped airline planes. Arriving 20 minutes before your flight is such a convience too!
I love the video! Many people don’t touch on these private jet services.
Thanks for the great video, Jeb! I live in the Bay Area and have been meaning to try JSX out of OAK. Although I flight a lot, I am not a fan of turbulence. Do you think that in the smaller aircrafts like the Embraers that JSX flies, you can feel the turbulence more?
Would be awesome having them on the east coast as well, like ATL-FLL or even MIA

I just booked a flight on Boutique Air for April. They fly from a little town here in Colorado to Denver, CO. For this flight, they use Pilatus PC-12 9 passenger planes, depending on the time of year, you can be the only passenger on the flight, no flight attendant and you can get your own drinks. This will be my first time flying on this flight.
Thanks for the video! I flew JSX for the first time from Dallas-Love Field back home to Austin and I really liked it! Where else can you find 36 inches of legroom let alone in a regional jet?
Great Find, Thanks!, Like that these videos are becoming a family affair. 5*
I fly them 2-3 times a week and i love it!
JSX looks great and their pricing is reasonable. I practically grew up at the Burbank Airport. My dad use to fly out of there almost weekly if he didn't have to go to LAX and I have flown out of there probably dozens of times in my life.
Is that a Patek Phillipe watch?!?! HOLY SHHHH -- Doing good Jeb!!

Thank you for this video Jeb. I just read about JSX in AAA magazine, went to their website, and it sounded great. Now it sounds better with someone that flew with them, and a lot of positive comments here as well. Do you know how they handle (if they do) a handicapped person? My Mother-in-Law would need assistance getting in and out of the aircraft because of the aircraft's stairs. Marc
Jeb even leaves the Rolex at home and breaks out the Patek when he flies "private"!
You should try Ultimate Air Shuttle! They have a similar limited route network in the Midwest/East coast.
I flew JSX a few weeks ago to Vegas from Phoenix. It was a nice flight
I always have wanted to try JSX I wish we had something like it out on the East Coast
First off, that Patek pilot travel time is as cool as this airline! As a big and tall man this flight would be much better.. I pick flights carefully, selecting specific seats. And I won’t fly in most of the tin can crj’s or erj’s for that awful 2/2 config. Which usually means first class is my best option, despite the price hike. Great videos Jeb! Keep it up!
Good job as always it's so cool to do business with family "if you didn't like, double click the thumb down" first time i hear this one 🤣🤣😂
Nice content
Early!!!! I love this dude
You are my favorite youtuber
Looks great would love to experience but rarely out on left coast. I’m also a Delta guy bar none.
That looks amazing! Wish they had options from Chicago.
Hey Jeb 👋 have you ever tried air canada ?? I’ve flown on their 777/787 business class a few times and it was incredible! Thanks for your great videos !! I hope you will keep going . Greetings Julian
I am going to check out JSX. That seems like an airline for me.
Mr Brooks can you do a trip report on 787 dreamliner on KLM? Thank you
I wish they flew to and from San Diego
JSX is working well for Napa Wine Country ! And my SUV Car Service fits well for accomidating arriving JSX passengers.
I have friends who fly JSX from SNA to Vegas. They swear by it. On many days it’s cheaper than Delta and Southwest.
Where did you get the like and subscribe animation? I love it! :D
Interesting option.
I am gonna take jsx from phx to Vegas I'm kinda excited
As a fairly frequent flyer on the east coast (Newark NJ to ME, NH, VT, MA, upstate NY, etc.), I would love to see JSX service my area.
Great video! How would you compare the JSX experience to experience you had with Porter on the East Coast?
@GreenerGrass

I’d say they’re pretty different. The biggest differentiator for JSX in my mind is the terminals from which they depart. No lines, quick boarding, minimal security. It all adds up to an incredible experience!
