He could have been extorted, or always had ties to these people, or was simply offered a huge sum of money… I doubt he sought out gang members to offer up snitches for browny points

What's new? The Jacksonville sherriff office and surrounding areas are mafia, they do just as they please. My son is a 45yo disabled Navy Veteran (six years active wartime) who has had a stroke, speaks with difficulty and right hand paralyzed and partial right side paralyzation. A couple weeks ago the Clay County Sheriffs department pulled him over because the car is silver, the tags came back as a black car (a typo by whomever typed out the title). Because my son couldn't speak or understand what's going on..... The officer pulled the door open, slammed his head into the concrete and beat the living hell out of him. Five OTHER officers stood around them, some took part. The supervisor stood with them encouraging it. They then arrested him for "Resisting Without Violence ". Ironic. They didn't/wouldn't call the nurse to come check him out. We took him to the emergency room after we got him out the next day; he has a slight concussion, with deep bruises and cuts ALL over his body. We are all now terrified of the law instead of the criminals. My son is the most loving, forgiving person i know...he forgives and prays for them. I'm sorry, i am not so forgiving. We are going to court and an investigation has begun into what happened (they dropped the case.) We cannot take it to court because we don't have tons of money for a lawyer to sue them. Most lawyers are too scared to go against them, they actually told us that! You don't have to break the law to receive brutality from the law. My son is lily white, he broke no laws. Everyone who knows my son is shocked, he's the last person you'd ever imagine getting beat by the police. AND, there are no bodycams or dashcams, the officer laughed when he told my boy that. People better wake up to this police state, jak booted thuggery. We've ALWAYS backed the blue. Now i fear everytime my son leaves the house. We aren't worried about the criminals, we fear the law. They are after ALL of us.

From 6 JSO officers from 2011 to today overall isn't exceptionally bad, considering the number of ppl, but the damage can still be extreme to other officers, victims, witnesses and such! Intolerable and unacceptable! Great care should be taken to put forth charges for a long conviction!
