@@matthieundumbi3888 he stepped down because he felt like the coaching lifestyle was starting to wear him down - that would of course impact his coaching and what he thought of it, but what he thought of his coaching wasn't the reason - he got offered the other job and liked the new challenge (and being able to stay home more)

I remember the interview JKidd had after DAL won back then against MIA, was asked what do you want to tell young kids who dream of playing in the NBA, or the Finals? And Kidd just says: "Pass the Ball!" Like how Jrue mentions that they would go through half their practices just passing the ball around and not having to dribble at all. Celtics played more as a team both on Offence, and Defense. DAL just couldn't get going at all.

At his age, Brad Stevens has ample time and opportunities to match Jerry West as the greatest NBA executive of all time!

Man he had to make do with what he had. We had a roster with jordan crawford as our leading scorer and had a winning record with him as a coach. I always felt like he wanted a team with no defensive holes but danny kept on giving him guards that cant defend in IT, Kyrie and Kemba.
