Hello Cadets this is your Clarke Central High Gladiator 2018-2019 JROTC Staff. We wanted to explain our duties and responsibilities, so that all of the cadets could know what we do in the program.

Finished out my 4th year as the Battalion XO and my sis finished her 4th year as Battalion Commander. Absolutely enjoyed every minute of it except getting burned by my AI/CSM. He taught me just about everything I know Sadly he retired into my LET 5 year.
Mad respectful for this battalion
XO shouldn't be the 2nd in command is supposed to be a DCO- Battalion Deputy Commanding officer.

Some JROTC programs don’t have that position available.
How is that one cadet a S-1 and she has 12 ribbons? I’m a AS-4 (AFJROTC) or S-4 for Army. I only have 12 ribbons

Ribbons does not mean anything when it comes to becoming staff

@@ghaisredmon1162 well we don’t get ribbons for becoming staff. I have 14 ribbons and none of them are for being on staff. And I’m on top five

@@morganbangs2969 no one gets ribbons for being staff lol...you get ribbons on accomplishments and becoming staff isnt a major accomplishment

@@ghaisredmon1162 becoming top five is. You have to earn it. There’s 7 seniors in our Jrotc and only three of us are one top five.
