Note - the special Chocobo mission in the vortex right now is daily Fragment stage where only units with Another World category are allowed. On defeat, each unit in party will have 5 of their shards dropped by the fat chocobo, totalling to 25 shards for all units in party (which is 5, as you can't take a friend in the fragment stage)

I loved the old Rena, used her a lot in trials!

Japan with all that content is making me jealous.

I am playing Star Ocean Remake. Love every seconds in the game. If anyone starts playing it, I will give you pro tips here. Doesn't matter if you choose Rena/ Claude at the start, but make sure he/she has "Nimble Finger" Talent. Reload if you don't have it. You will thank me later 😂

I get that Claude is good because he's basically Cloud minus the overdrive but with a chaining LB. But is Rena so bad? Yes, she only has 2 elements, but one of them is earth, which is a bit bare in the NV+ heavy hitters, and she's a mage with Store. Also, I think she's got the GL ailment-cure+resist in one move.

Makes me miss playing the SO mobile game with a 3D ARPG Rain Lasswell and Fina. Also makes me want to move to JP but the translating, plus YEARS of lost gear. Which is why I want a version sync/server merge rather than GLB EoS. Gumi already did it with WotV, I get that GLB was such "different game" that it would be harder, but I personally would rather loss parts of the game than the whole game.

Aaaah don't die yet FFBE global, I love star ocean 2 R. Was the best remake/remaster ever (I don't count ff7r because I don't like it, but also they change the story with time travel). They need to get the team that did it the rights to xenogears and FFt.
