First of All, Thanks a lot for checking my videos, I'm very thankful for that! :-) Secondly, answering your question, I did not use the tone poti at all, I have just switched between the neck and bridge pick up. That's one reason why I really love the strat, because you just plug it into the amp and it does what is needed :-)

I listen to it in repeat while jogging all the time. :) Does your lower tone poti work for the bridge PU? I find it difficult to get this kind of tone out of my strat, because the bridge PU has no tone control...

this is great cover of EXTREME. I'm extreme's fan too, and I also cover this song before. But I can't play like yours. I don't know how to play natural harmonics part. I don't know what exact position of harmonics. can you tell me the position of fret borard?

federicoperale HI, If you mean the higher harmonics, those are 6th fret harmonics of G string.

hmm, it's not so easy to explain, I keep my ring finger so that the middle part is at the place where the harmonics on G string can be generated, the rest of the ring Finger aims to mute the rest of the strings. Parallel to this the right hand is strumming so that it's focus is G string and then slips through the muted B and E string and so only the harmonics is shouting. I hope this helps a bit.

Nothing special really, strat directly plugged into high gain head, in this case it was that 50W SILVERBLADE head plus cabinet where you can see the microphone behind my left hand in the video. That 50 W SILVERBLADE has quite similar characteristic to engl powerball and paired with single coil guitar it gives that twanky sound with which you have both the funk feel and the high gain fluidity. I did not even had to switch channel between the riff and the solo parts, both have worked with the same settings. On Waiting for the punchline album Nuno's guitar sound is quite similar to a high gained strat in my opinion, so there was no need for any special gear to produce something similar. Simple and great, that's why I like Nuno's guitar sound so much on that album :-D
