I've used her for almost 200 match with 70% wr. She's kinda hard at first. Now I don have to even read the rhythm meter and music. U can actually predict the beat via timing once u used to her beat

I love how the music you hear from the ult is so much better if you have stack passive on compared to when you don't.

Here's a tip: Joy's rhythm is a basic 4/4 meaning there are 4 beats in one measure. Accordingly, each and every one of your dash MUST be in 4 beats. I recommend: 1st beat: don't do anything 2nd beat: tap her dash 3rd beat: slide her dash to where you want to aim it to 4th beat (the cat head): let go (this is where she will dash) Practice this rhythm: still-tap-slide-dash, still-tap-slide-dash, still-tap-slide-dash

You can't maximize his passive in clash because they can burst you before you complete 3, but it is possible in lane fights.

If ur ult not ready when fight marksman or mage just spam ur second skill and the last dash for escape

I easily got the timing thing down as a rhythm game player, and now I can just do it without even looking or hearing the beat

using basic attack after dashing helps with the beat and gives more damage as well

but in some teamfights, you don't need that full stacks because the enemies might burst you first. Instead, target their mage or mm first then leave.

Lol you need full stacks to get damage. Get the first 2 stacks on a jungle creep or minion then join in for the last 2. Easy savage. Thats how my Joy wr is so high.

Adding a basic attack per dash will greatly increase dmg of joy and remake your build for joy

you can do basic attacks in between the dashes but aight

Joy is pretty simple and If you can time her passive then ur good.. She's like the only hero that's pretty straight forward, besides her nerf she's still an annoying hero to fight overall

She doesn't have the cc immunity while dashing but after dashing, so its about timing.

Yeah that's the annoying part from joy you gotta have very good timing with her before you die because she's very close range. But she does have amazing magic danage

because there is indeed a reduction in damage that is applied if you keep hitting the same hero. and one trick to get around this limitation is either you hit multiple heroes at the same time, or you miss the enemy after the third hit purposely just like you said

if you use that character long enough, actually you don't need to hear the beat being played or even look at the indicator, because your muscle memory will definitely remember the right time of the beat

Ive played joy since her first release and lemme tell you, minsittar (and khufra) is not the best hero to counter her. Why? Her passive basically gives her so much movement speed boost every time she hit enemy with her skill. Even if you capture her with ult, she can easily escape with only her skill 1. But still not so bad option if you combine him with other hard CC heroes.

Yeah joy is easy but I don't know how to play other dash heroes

The rhythm kinda easy tho since im a musician 😂

Im sooo sad about the joy nerf streak she used to be my favorite 😭
