They changed it on purpose and yes her eyes were yellow because that’s the color of happiness in inside out. But in this video they changed it at the end because it was like she was overwhelmed by Riley being all the other negative emotions and wanted her to only be happy but now she’s back to normal with her blue eyes.

THE END IS SO CUTE

i wanted this final in the real outside in 2 (but instead i almost got traumatized xd) the end is very good and cute, i could never think in that final, goo job :D

actual lore: in the original animation, joy lost control after schizophrenia came by and showed the emotions a microphone where they can talk and comunicate to riley, and joy became obsesed to a way to kill all other emotions, sadness survived because riley's mom brought her to a lobotomy place after riley killed her dad, and the lobotomy got joy so sadness survived
