Red Velvet actually has two sides to them, so their songs span a whole lot of different tones and genres including extremely happy and upbeat. Their debut song is actually called "Happiness" lol. Red - poppy, happy and experimental. Velvet - soft, sensual and R&B/Ballad. Definitely give their discography a listen because you will find something you love, there's literally something for everyone. And B-sides are really where Red Velvet shines. It showcases their talents beautifully. Both solos also have amazing b-sides. Since you were doing solos, also try Irene & Seulgi's songs. They're a sub-unit from Red Velvet. Their songs "Monster" and "Naughty" were super well received last year. Naughty has one of the best choreos I've seen in kpop. I loved this!!! Made my day!!! She featured all the important details of her birth place, Jeju. Those women divers following her are the famous Haenyeo ("sea women"), who dive for a variety of sea life. They dive dangerously deep with only diving mask, fins, wetsuits and chest weights. The history of these women is amazing. Love that she featured them! This song had me crying, laughing, dancing and smiling like an idiot. Thank you!

Glad you are deep diving into Redvelvet! Why don't you try tasting Irene & Seulgi "Monster", if that, you're gonna hear 4 members of redvelvet apart, you're gonna be more interested in the group but don't forget Yeri! As for that particular vibe, try their summer songs. "Red Flavor", "Power Up", and "Umpah Umpah". The first two matches somewhat the code, while I personally think the last one really shows what they are capable of, as a group. Hight notes from three vocals, more wholesome and heartwarming narrative, with a good sign of corkiness. But of course, all three, and of course, all of their released songs are good, so do try it out. Hope enjoy the journey :)
