i have this globe.
I have so many questions... What purpose does it serve to lift it high in the air? Bring it down... Question number two. I've tried 50 times. Can't get mine to levitate... I seriously think something's wrong with the base. We did drop the base a couple of times. Maybe it got damaged.

Dear, first answer: (lift up) - away from the base, get rid of the original suction; make sure the globe is in the middle of the base when it re-enters the magnetic field. second answer: multiple drops may cause damage, resulting in failure to levitate.
Can you made on the floating plate.. A construction that lift to plate up with 2 magnets under the plate and under there on this for anti gravity

hello, i got this yesterday but it wont light up? It floats perfectly fine but its just that the globe wont shine. I waited hours and kept unplugging and plugging the globe but it wont fix, how do we fix this? I pressed the button 2 times and the globe wont shine..
