She looks so beautiful that aura is fantastic.
I did a bit of shamanistic journeying to the drum 20 years ago and - though I was a total sceptic - the experience was the most vivid of my entire life. I strongly recommend all sceptics to try it - you could have the experience of a lifetime.
me as a beginng student in shamanic jorning i would like to thank sandra for introducing me to the journy through the drums....it s a renewal experience of the spirit to the earth... thank you sandra...also thnk you for the books i have read very insparing....
Very, very beautiful !!! Thank you...♥
Thanks for this wonderful video! I really love Sandra's shamanic drumming style.
Great drum, loved the sound, we are all connected may earth bless you all
Thank you for posting this. I'm blessed to find this video.
I was actually lying on the grass when I saw your video pop up and followed it as I felt drawn to it what a lovely video. nice sounds I am connected to mother earth and to source I am a being of light I am blessed and God bless you thankyou much love and light xxx
Very beautiful!!!!! Amazing !!!!! I love it !!! With much love and much respect for all the people on earth !!!!! I wish you all a wonderful, healthy and blessed Thursday !!!! Sweet greetings and warm hugs, kisses to you all my dear best friends!!!! Stefan🍀✌😍☀️ !!!
Sandra is such an authentic and humble soul. Took her Shamanic journeying course, and she's very effective at teaching!
It is wonderful to know that she is journeying with a Remo Buffalo synthetic Fibreskyn Drum 16 inch. I just bought one and it's yin sister Bahia black Buffalo drum, very deep bass.. They are powerful and durable and full of spirit. I recognised the grip at the back and the rope at the sides. Remo has since updated the rope handle. Beautiful Journey
Wow! That was my first time journeying! The drums really make it a lot easier! Thank you so much for sharing this video! I'm definitely going to get her audio book now!
Thank you for the trip.
Muito obrigada! Funciona e muito! This song is amazing!
I tapped while I listened. I tapped my whole body! Wow! So powerful!
Excellent drumming Sandra...so powerful and just right ...I just didnt want to come back so soon...My snake appeared again..I went so fast down tunnels as soon at it started...
Thank you for sharing.
Sandra is so awesome!
Wow.. Needed to learn this today 🙏💕🙏
This is the second drumming journey led by Sandra Ingerman I have followed in two days. On both occasions a red fox appeared.
really beautiful.
Thank you for this. I'd been using a deer hide drum with a really loose and unsecured stretch over the drum base; just letting the cured hide dry when pulled into position - it gives a deep and earthy timbre, more boom than beat and has good effect in my work, but listening to your drum work instantly took me to the start of a journey. I'm awed. Keep up the good work.
amazing thanks x
Thank you.
Thank you 🙏
I took the journey alongside the video. It was very interesting. I started on foot and instantly found myself wearing Native American attire. I quickly realized I wouldn’t get far by walking so I called my power animal for help. Deer showed up alongside with a bunny and a frog who also wanted to join in. It got me a bit confused but why not. I grabbed the bunny, and the frog and hopped onto the deer’s back. We didn’t get far when it crossed my mind that taking flight would be even better. Instantaneously a beautiful black Pegasus showed up. I felt a bit guilty to leave my power animal and hope on the Pegasus. But my beautiful Dear stopped, got me onto his antlers and literally threw me onto the back of the Pegasus. We took of, flew for a little bit and landed in front of the opening into a cave. I proceeded inside, at that point getting a bit anxious I might never find this Heart of the World before the drumming is over. Would I even recognize it if I found it? But the thought of the drum placed me in front of a fire. Now I’m dancing to the drum around the fire. The only thing I can see are my bare feet on the ground. At this moment I’m having a realization that I’m back with my body and I have the knowledge that the heart of the world is inside MY OWN HEART❤️! It was here with me all along. This realization sent a wave of love through my hart and it swelled with joy. The drumming has changed and it’s time to come back. Do I need to retrace my steps back? I did a big circle and came to my own heart after all. I was already back here.

amazing. I had crystal clear visions. it started with a dance of plants, then a ball that rolled out of a flower. I followed the ball - we both fell into a deep tunnel. then a native looking man appeared, I saw him looking into my eyes. the journey ended with a child - i saw a boy sleeping, he had black hair with red feathers. life energy ran through them and gave him superpowers. thank you for this wonderful experience!!!!

Particularly amazing to me as I go back to that space that I was in Madrid on Dec 12 2000 at 12 AM at King Juan Carlos University just prior to presenting my ideas at the Inaugural Conference for a Culture of Peace as hosted by Federico Mayor Zaragoza - and even more poignant as I am just sending him Birthday Wishes as he celebrates his 80th year - and at which I will be presenting a birthday greeting video
May I suggest the drumming of one Jade Wahoo Grigori ~ also on youtube!

I like deep Earth drums. Her beat was good.
Sandra can learn a lot of how deep & simple & free our celebratory experiences must be from the Niyabingi (rasta drum beating) or any African tribe for that matter. There must be more joy evoked from her presence to truly guide alignment of The Spirit and the Souls attending... this should have also been done outside barefoot on Sista Earth with a medicinal / sacred drum. Peace
You are welcome!
That is amazing drumming! Please tell me what hide is this drum?

It looks like a Remo Buffalo Drum from the side and back. The rope has since changed. It is synthetic called Fibreskyn. Very durable in all weather.
Set your INTENT upon coming back before you start your journey
Is it possible to be blocked from doing this? I've tried doing this listening to several sessions but it's like something isn't allowing me to journey successfully 😢
Listening to that drum It was almost as if I could hear a voice saying Shaman coming Shaman Coming over and over.......
such a beautiful indian
i came to this vid cus theres a lot of "shamanic drumming" videos but you can tell they were all made with electronic sounds from some sort of beat maker program. they sound overly synthetic. now hearing this yeah, theres a lot of subtle things going on. no two strokes sounds exactly the same.
I just did my second attempt at journeying and as expected I couldn't enter a trance or anything like that. I just lied there with my eyes closed and hoped that I would "tap in". I must admit that I am a bit skeptic about this but I won't stop trying.
@rubenbarela

I feel the same. I think it may have to do with what works for the individual personally I do different methods of journeying and haven't profited or gained anything from these types
Spirit communicate to me through tapping'. I have many recordings, also they shake a rattle of some kind I hear it often. My land is Wiccan etc the dubuni tribe once frequented here..
Keith Moon, once a drumming shaman.
I would also suggest that - altho it is improper grammar to say it this way - accompanying you on your journey is your own Higher Self. Develop a method of communication and/or exchange between your Lower Self (the person you experience as "I" right now) and your HS, and create the intention together to stay together and this will help prevent you from being drawn away by any (for lack of a better term...) alien agenda. They will protect you when you are "out of your mind".
Thank you for my doorway…

Keep in mind that it might be safe but at the same time it is very limited. With the Internet or remote interaction there is no shared energy container or morphogenic field as you get when people share the same space, place, intent and ritual

Good point. Unless they're in Mexico or Peru or somewhere where safe drinking water is a srs problem. Then the best you can do is bring or buy bottled water and be mindful of how you dispose of the bottles. I'm not saying they were. I'm just saying this was a cheap shot and your point could have been made without the implication of hypocrisy.

I speak for most when I said as an indigenous person there is no feeling to the drum when there are no words. The reason why we as native people sing is becuz we are the voice for grandfather drum as we ustilize his heart beat to dance too. Just how I fell. To me this is not sacred. And alot of indigenous peoples from Mexico on down sing with their drums just as us norther natives do.

Everything is sacred ...light and sound are interrelated, words carry vibrations, too for sure, no one is "better" or "worse" we Are frequency, energy, light... sure our own voices hold and create resonance....and x wow what power in group song....sometimes I think its probably a good job some folk havent learned how to sing together....they might damage stuff🤣 my heart is altered by aboriginal song, Welsh choirs, Hawaiian song, I can literally feel it ♡ and if I use my voice, it feels healing, especially with movement...each energy Centre in our body has a tone to wobble about with, so cool 🥰🌻

the drum sounds like crap, instead of buying a cheap plastic frame drum buy some rawhide and stretch it around the lip of a clay flower pot and saw the bottom off. im sure doing that would be far cheaper than what you spent on the drum your holding and it would sounds 100's better.

actually the name Shaman came from a Tungusic language, which originated in Asia. on the other hand, Shamanism is perhaps the oldest and widest spread spiritual activities on the earth. it's discovered on every continent except for Antarctica. thirdly, Shamanism is not for everyone, or you could say only some people can access shamanic journeys. Dr. Robert Sapolsky gave a very great lecture on what kind of people can experience this kind of journeys. finally, what matters is the SOUND (frequency, beat, etc.) of the drum, not the style.

Being a drummer for over 50 years, it can drive me nuts listening to people, like this, who are not drummers with their micro-timing and sound dynamics shifting all over the place as they drum. Far from trance inducing for me because of this changing rhythm. It doesn't matter what your intent is, if you do not have the ear and the fine muscle control to play a very simple rhythm like this, don't present yourself as capable of trance drumming.
@lucyrosebaird

Hi.. This kind of drumming is really different to drumming on a music stage, not that either is better or worse, but her intention and experience doing that work holds the space to go deep. blessings

So, according to you, the drum master, one cannot drum unless one is a drummer. Shamanic drumming isn't about making sound dynamics or pretty sounding music, it's about beating the drum, however you feel like, in a certain rhythm using your intuition as a guide to take you into a trance state. please, refrain from judging others, you look silly. good day
