AA Gede Bagus Mandera Erawan is one of the living legends of Peliatan's rich dance history. Affectionally known as "Gung Aji" among his students and peers, he will lead us through the history of Balinese dance in Ubud. Gung Aji's work features Legong Nandira (Legong Dance) with male dancers as one of his dance creation, and he is featured with other artists in his 1969 BBC documentary: "The Miracle of Bali -- A Recital of Music from the Village of Peliatan".
