As well in your own video of Tejas train, you had mentioned there's a provision to open the doors in an emergency and if you open it otherwise, it's illegal? By the way, I luv your videos. If you have vaccination certificate for both doses, then Rtpcr not required. Otherwise they will do antigen test at railway station (recently visited katra).
