Delta used to fly direct JFK TO CAI. They suddenly stopped for some reason. I wish they would start that service once again.

Hi TheRojeroTravels, we've found our flights directly through Delta airlines. You can try this as well, also booking through cheapticket.com is a good option too. Happy travels!
