Very well put. The method we see being used in this video is quite eyes opener. It start with the assumption that something has surely occurred (the rape of the prisoner) and consequently all the statement concerning having seen first hand mysterous footage of the event which have never been released it is taken at face value as absolutely truth. Indeed we are in front of a case of rape. The rape of the logical thinking which should be used in order to verify if a statement is true or false.

Once the ICC and ICJ find Israel guilty, the focus then shifts onto those countries complicit in the genocide. This includes the US, UK and Germany at the least. Ministers in these countries can be held personally liable for breach and face prison time. On top of that, I know both in the UK and Germany domestic laws allow for prosecution. The Americans have the Leahy laws, but to be honest I have less confidence in the American legal system. In any case, even if the European ministers never left their home country (avoid travelling to countries party to the Rome Statute), they can be prosecuted in their home courts. The arrogance of people in power is also their blindspot: the Nazis didn't think they would be prosecuted until they were. These ministers are liable either directly for approving arms export licenses or indirectly by providing political cover for the genocide. They will face jail time, it just takes time for the cases to mature.

The rape allegations are crap. There was no rape. The UN report was not on an investigation but on testimony from Israeli officials. There is ZERO proof : no victim testimony, no eye witnesses, no coroner reports, no videos. Zilch

That young man from Team Baerbock? started to get a little blushed towards the end. Not a great sign. All they have to do is provide the video to the journalists. So they can do their job. Believing anything that comes out of officials seems a bit naive these days.

Of course they don't need to release any video, they also don't need to have the material. All they have to do is answer a question, which they don't. The journalist specifically asked if Baerbock stands by here statement, and if there were perhaps special reasons why she saw it but Israel and the UN didn't. So the answer could have been: 'Our secret service has the video, several people in government have seen it and I don't know why UN and Israel said what they did.' Fine. Or just 'Yes, she stands by her statement." Anything else except for the accusatory 'Do you deny what happened on 7 Oct.?!?!?!' 'Do you condone rape?' This is pathetic.

For starters, ask yourself which country outside of the Middle East allowed over 900,000 Syrian refugees to enter and receive humanitarian?
