It's the fault of the journalists and their soft questions. Why can't he just respond to Miller with "ok let me tell you what it is and where you can learn more, I'll ask again tomorrow"

I would go so far to say from a legal prospective, it's actually illegal to justify using terrorism by the IOF,America and Europe.
