Gvardiol was actually onside for that second goal from when Bernardo played the ball in, but Akanji was not, but he did not touch the ball anyway! Gvardiol is having a really great effect on the whole team ! I like that, a defender causing the opposition to defend, but failing! He's Jeffing it! , I reckon he had a talk a few weeks ago! Thanks to for his assist! He is becoming a bit of a the lad wouldn't you say?

Yes we all thought Akanji was offside, he wasn’t offside a player in the shadow of the stand was playing him onside.

My bad, yes you are right, I can see the Fulham player below 47, Foden played them onside, it was only Haaland and KDB that were offside, but nowhere near the play! Thanks for the comments!

They do it every time. City buy players I've never heard of & I very quickly see how good they are. United buy big names everybody's heard of & they just don't work. 😄

@knightrider2863 Look, nobody is saying he's better than Ronaldo or Messi. Yeah, people are comparing him to Gundogan, Benzema, or even old Ronaldo, but honestly Joško was good in Dinamo Zagreb, Joško was good in RB and he came early to City under Pep. He's proving with a couple of great goals and really, really good sofascore statistics that his price as the most expensive defender is worth it. My honest opinion is if he continues to work really hard through time and improvement, he can reach Ball d'or.
