I was really sad when I found out that Kaylee was leaving the show because Josie is one of my favorite characters but at the same time I really liked the huge development that she had this season so I guess that pays off the fact that she's leaving hahah.

Yes she is it's a shame she left I hope it's for a short period of time and then she can come back in season 5 maybe
