Not sure about that; but if the two young 22 & 24 Asian prospects fought, ONE was going to lose 100%. As it is, both COULD be winners & look forward to the future. Joshua's chances against a really versatile Dagestani wrestler-based guy, however, are not looking that good. His problem is not a lack of skills; his problem is a lack of size & height; he is extremely good in the stand-up; but that Dagestani guy was/is taller than Joe Rogan, who is put at 5'9" or something. If Taira doesn't get clipped by a wild swing from the heavy handed veteran Perez, he has a 60%-70% of winning his match-up. Taira's stand-up is not as good as Joshua Van's stand-up; but Taira would sub this guy with ease, once they hit the mat.

I just don’t want him to drop the first round like he usually does. Other than that I think Van has what it takes to get to the top.
