Ойын-сауық

Jamie is BACK from his honeymoon and back with an absolute bang! Today, Jamie is joined by his good buddy and Fada, MIC alumni and athlete, Josh Patterson.
Josh joins Jamie off the back of an astonishing 76 marathons across 76 cities in 76 days!
He divulges all the gory details (and we mean gory) about what really happened to his body and his mind during this period and exactly why he chose to undertake such a gruelling challenge, as well as other challenges he’s taken on in a bid to

What an incredible, deep and inspiring person JP is, also so funny. I always loved him on MIC and never knew he had ADHD. I relate to him so much with the childhood trauma. I could honestly listen to him talk for hours on end. Keep doing amazing things and being so inspiring x

I really enjoyed this. You guys can both go far with supporting other people in their mental health. You are both not afraid to mention your struggle and challenges with mental health, which opens up the dialogue for others. The camera cuts were a bit weird, but it didn’t take away from the interview 😊 Keep up the good work

Love JP. Such a cool guy. For me the real freedom came with husband and then a child. Got married at 37 and got it right. But the wait was full of anxiety and waiting. As much as my single life was filled with great moments in general it was overwhelmed by the scary thoughts about the future. Now i am probably the most authentic i had ever been.

Just in relation to JP talking about his extreme anxiety... For anyone reading this and dealing with anxiety or depression please look into treatment such as NLP therapy, Meditation Breath-work, Plant Medicine etc... It gets to the root cause and heals it from the source... Too many people are being prescribed band aid drugs and accepting this as a solution... It does not solve the problem and comes with many harmful side effects..

JP, i understand trauma, and what is causes on the body and mind. The Lord Jesus can heal painful memories and set people free from holding onto pain, etc. The Holy Spirit was given to comfort and heal. God loves you

This has to be one of the best podcasts I’ve listened to/watched in AGES. Josh has blown me away. As a MIC fan the last time I saw him was on the show and what he has done is something phenomenal. I really hope he gets the donations he needs. Like what a guy, his mind thought and intellect is just top tier.🫶🏾
