Hey Josh, nice Videos! Why do you stand in the middle of the board during ur slides, dont u like to stand on the back truck when doing standup slides? Or whats the reason ur doing it that way?

I was thinking the same thing but my understanding is decrease the weight/power/leverage to the back trucks which allows weight/power/leverage to be mainly in the front truck which what you want when you want to hold out your stand up checks so you don't do 180 slide. I think this is especially important in toeside checks as for me it's harder to put more weight in the front than back than heelside checks so might do what Josh is doing to as well

Also I just realised that board has gas pedals so it would be a comfortable spot to lock your foot in for slides
