Raced a Firebirds race a few years ago. Being an old So. Cal. Desert racer riding through Cedar trees was a little strange. Finished nowhere near last place at 64 years old!

The very best of the best riders, and what's more? He takes us along for the ride!

hey Josh, Watching fast battles is most excellent footage. I'm not even that fast in my dreams, lol Great loop, and very little dust. You haul the mail in woops next to fence lines(they scare the shizz out of me), loved it. WOW, camera stabilization was smooth, almost as smooth as your riding style and power delivery of that 450!!!!! Big thanks for sharing the footage, sometimes while working on the PC, I run youtube on a 3rd monitor and glance at it, I've caught myself glued to this footage so many times, lol Rock on!

do you prefer 250 2t or 450? in this type of racing you use mx suspensions setting?

Great riding, looks like a fun course. What was the bogging/sputtering after the fuel stop? Weird??

Spilled gas down the bike onto the air filter

It could have been fuel in the air filter. Sometimes when you force that much fuel into the tank that quickly it can rush the carb or throttle body area. This bike is fuel injected so I don't really know. Only did it once though
