It's not that hard to speak 'gibberish', I've done it with my friends too. You add the same syllable that you want to say, except change it's first letter to a "B". So... for example, to say "Windows 8 sucks" You will say: Win-bin dows-bows eight-beight sucks-bucks It's really easy when once you get the hang of it and speak it quickly, people who don't know the trick can't understand what you're saying! Have fun!

Oh i remember that. We use to do that kind if weird language during my elementary days, that we put words in between. Like "hello" it becomes "hepellopo" we have g words as well as the ems, etc. Hahaha

I think Jimmy is a naturally happy guy and does enjoy most of his interviews, but I also think he does play up the laugh a little bit (it just sounds a little fake/forced to me at times, like Jimmy doesn't know what to say in response to keep the ball rolling and solely reverts to laughing for 20 seconds instead). He does get what I think is an unfair amount of hate for it, but I do think he still needs to work on his interviewing skills some. He isn't up to par yet with some of the other talk show greats.
