He’s only gotten better/more efficient each year too. I’m excited for year four

This is the one trait that separates Josh from any other wing on our team

Green is actually the best passer(in the air) on the mavs. And has to be towards the top of the league. He's a natural at it. Which is odd as passing in the air is like No No No.1. But he makes it work well. Dude had two of the best passes I seen in the last year doing mid air 360's while passing around the defender to the open man. He keeps getting better the next two years. than the mavs will have a Dynomite X Factor.

He's possibly even better than Luka at the mid air at the basket/covered at last second/ Flash decision to pass and Boom open shot. I'm sure it's on here, but that play where he went up and the defender went straight up, so there was gonna be no call. and he bumps him and 360's back to his left to throw to a wide open guy in the corner was just pure next level stuff. As good as any pass last season.

It's a contract year for Green! I really hope he plays good enough to make extending him a no brainer for Dallas.

I am really hoping that they get that extension for him done by the end of this summer. Odds are he has an even better year, just lock him up now! (Will probably have a video on this soon.)

@@TheMavsBlog It would depend on the number for me... Williams got 4YRS/53M... As of this second, I definitely wouldn't give Green a dime more than that.

I hope to see Green take more shots next year. Quite a few plays here where I think the better move would have been for him to shoot it

I agree. I think his athleticism helps him to make a lot of these really nice passes, but I almost wish he would go up and finish more often.

Now that we haven’t been able to get another wing/Center in free agency Wouldn’t mind bringing wood/Oubre in for some scoring on the wings for around the minimum

He is a much better suited to defend guards over wings and isn’t the level of disrupter as Draymond. He’s a better shooter than Draymond tho!

What is the area you would most want to see improvement? I think for me it's that confidence in scoring aggression. The efficiency is already so good for him, that I wouldn't mind seeing a dip in that for some more volume.

Josh Green is probably going to be too expensive, might as well trade him to the Pistons now. Thx.

No no! The Mavs really should start working on the extension for him before the season starts. Don't even mess around with restricted FA.

You are forgetting how valuable he is to the Mavs. He's not only the starting 3. But hes' the only player they have that guards the guards our guards(which is all of them) cannot guard. Lukily they can hide Luka on the other teams worst forward on most night. But Kyrie, Hardy, Curry was too small to guard anyone but the smallest player on the other team. That's why Green will be playing mostly with Luka. Best thing they can do is extend him now. Don't do another JB where you could have had him for 13 and change each year and blow that. Sign him for 13 and count your blessing. As I said, he's the only for sure rotation player that can guard guards. Dodo and Bullock are gone and that leaves Josh. You create a Tremendous hole if you trade him. And I'm sorry but Grant is a good defender, but you don't want him on guards. And Omax is not only a rookie, but he's 6'8. You don't want him as your number 1 guard defender either. (people hear things, but most of it's just fanboy stuff). You trade green and as the roster is now, you are looking at a disaster.
