Josh cut his hair! Lookin' good! Tough to defend against him when his head is consistently above the net, LOL! Training definitely pays off!

Is it possible to teach a more detailed lesson on how to contact the ball to add full topspin? I've seen Josh's spikes and they are fully charged with insane topspin and power.

Amazing skill and athleticism, also for all the other players in there too.

1) technique (get under the ball, square up and set) 2) equally important strength in your hands and flexebility of our wrists (finger push ups and some other exercises) 3) Timimg (time of release, time of jump) (practice practice and practice to perfect your timimg) P.S. Amateur advices)

They always play on a men's height net. These guys just make it look low, because of their height and/or verticals. :)
