Your right but he's also older watch Jose in his earlier fights. He didn't loop his punches was quicker and better foot work. He isn't old in age but thing years he's been around for a while. Ne would of ko'd Thurman some years back. When Jose was still prime.

I like Lopez, he had a great performance against Thurman and many people think he won that fight but getting a decision against a big name undefeated champion is like pulling teeth, At least we know that he will bring it and is worth watching.

@@tyty9135 I do, and all my friends do. When you get nailed flush by multiple power shots dead in your dome you have no defensive answer for your opponent. Of course if your opponent is a 140 pounder like Lopez and you are 160 you can take it like Thurman did, and think you won bc of some judges. He won't take those kind of shots clean from Pacquioo or he'll be toes up.

Yeah he did and all the good he showed is conveniently overlooked but it will be to the detriment of any betting fan or underestimating opponent. Thurman's timing and rhythm and confidence will be much better this fight and this will make him sharper and more dangerous. I can't wait for this fight!

Should have never fought Canelo some years back ... he took that L and after that never won a big fight again. Maidana L, Berto L, Thurman also L. Didn’t build him up right. The Victor Ortiz fight he did win, was before the Canelo fight, the way they were swinging in that fight might as well could have Ortiz break his jaw. Bad management if u ask me

Rob Grant This is actually an interesting point because I don't see anybody talking about how he was able to eat those shots... Either Thurmans timing was off and he couldn't catch him flush, Josesito has a granite chin even though he is coming up from a lighter weight, Thurmans power has become dampened somehow, Thurman is not as powerful as he seems, or Lopez was on PEDs. Something was up I can tell you that...
