My dad has been the same way about when I raced I'm 29 now and just had to stop racing cuse I need to get my life in a better position instead of blowing 60grand a year on racing been racing since I was 8 in a full size pure stock at 8 on asphalt at the track my parents owned in canada I worked my way up the outlaw latemodel stocks and after every race he asked if I had fun that's all he cared about as well when he was rooting the whole bill for 12 years. He always made racing fun no matter if I was wheeling a pure stock on asphalt or a super latemodel on asphalt or dirt modified and everything in between. When you start making racing your job it becomes not as fun anymore.

The excitement in their voices says it all. Living their dreams. Joseph always calm, cool and collective. Petal to the floor! Thank you for letting us fans be part of your dream of racing. Great videos.

Tricks yep traction control is the thing they have I know this for a fact but it's so expensive and such a secret that you have to be in kinda like the click they won't let just anyone have it due to the way it's done so high tech

@@Tommy-qm2sj TC has been around for YEARS this is why your ING BOXES ARE SEALED ! you have to tap into the system someplace to install TC how do I know I was a NASCAR TECH INSPECTOR some are smaller then a penny ! All work on the same purpose and that is to RETARD the timing at certain preset rpms but with the SEALD BOXES it is pretty much old school shit no one is using on DIRT! It was never beneficial in the DIRT versus ASPHALT where it was really used!

I think if we as subscribers all donated 1 dollar and I know you're watching we could get that boy an engine that would win the world 100..all I can say great job fellas go make that big show!!!

Since I've been watching you guys you have so much fun and you thank the Lord for everything when I was racing I used to get so upset when things didn't go my way but you guys have changed my life on that thank you so much

I was happy to just see all of y'alls excitement. I was just impressed that y'all put that that car back together with no sleep and had no problems. That says alot there. Good luck for the rest of the event.

You guys are awesome. Meeting you, meeting Shadow at the merch trailer, getting a pic with you. You guys are a class act, so humble, and deserve every bit of what you have. The crowd around your trailer was just as big as Overton, and Larson. That means something. Means you guys are doing it right.

What Joseph may not have in horsepower compared to the others he definitely makes up in driver talent and good decision making!!

They running traction control I know it for a fact if I were there and could get too the corners I could tell you in 4 laps who is running it I worked on a cajun Sprint team and they had it cost some big dollars dirt track officials don't look for it like asfalut tech inspection it's a good tool to have one way to spot it is on restarts they jump on the throttle and pass you like your running a 602 the start of his heat race go back and look how they just jumped him on the start left him behind like he didn't get on it

You guys definitely proved you deserve to be there , with a little more set time learning the track , I'm excited for Hunt The Front team !!! Great Job !!!

It’s not seat time really, Joseph can get it done. People that don’t race DLM’s just don’t realize just how much a difference it is when you are down 150+ HP at a track like Eldora! It’s literally impossible to beat those guys when you are down that far on motor. Look on the start of that race, Bobby Pierce was behind Joseph, So he couldn’t hit the throttle until AFTER Joseph, and he STILL Was able to pull out of line and pass him before they got to turn 1. THAT IS UNBELIEVABLE!!! SERIOUSLY, EVERYONE NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND JUST HOW BIG A DEAL THAT IS!!!! P.S. I am not bashing these guys one bit! I LOVE These fellas, and I only want them to succeed as well, But I really want them to have the same playing field, and right now they don’t. It’s literally like their car is 500lbs or more heavy right now.

Money equals horse power . Keep at boys , because you got-it !!! @@michaelmcginnis9029 436ci around 856hp most them guys are running 440-450 cu inch at around 900 - 912 hp on a smaller track he might do better then them but they also got smaller motors .. im sure by next year they will have a motor program

Yeah if you listen to the in car the pickup out of the corners isn't there and thats a fresh motor id love to know the torque curve on it tracks and things like this will help get the attention they need.

The excitement on yalls face and in yalls voice says it all. Great showing ,keep digging.

19th is very respectable for 1st time at Eldora. The smiles everyone had tells it all. Thats what makes it a win in my book.

Gotta say for the first time you all should be proud of yourselves from coming back from a accident last time out and just getting the car back and getting there to race in time

Nice to see you guys do well. I've known Tim Mcready, his dad Bob (Barefoot), his brother Jordan for most of my life. His sister's husband Eric was my MMA coach. My best friends dad Ray Gould, use to wrench for Bob at CanAm speedway where I also raced DLM's. Congratulations to Tim and also to Joseph on making the show.

Now that is fast racing, and Joseph is doing a mighty job reachin' & acclimitizin' to it. Them big races tend to put the winners through an apprenticeship before feature wins hey.. But big races also require a cool head and an eye on finishing with 4 tyres still turning & 8 cylinders still burnin. There will be few opportunities during the race to do those blistering times of qualifying, without taking away from the opportunity to be there in the last lap. This is where Joseph excels, earning your living operating machines teaches you mechanical sympathy, a critical element in the racers toolbox. I laughed watching the 4 of you watching the replays, 3 of you were up on your toes watching, but Joseph remained calm on flat feet haha. I'm lovin it.

For your first time ever racing at eldora speedway and to finish 19th out of 40 cars that is awesome y'all look really good on that track keep it up go get into Big show

Watching Flo! Get it done!!! I loved the “they move quick around here”…….. I told my wife that would be HTF’s biggest weekend challenge cause it is non stop at the Big E. Love how they run things.

I made it to Eldora for the first two nights - congrats to the whole team. This is David vs Goliath and you are holding your own. This should be a huge confidence boost - you belong at this level so learn what you can this weekend and then plan on coming back on a mission! Such an accomplishment to make the show last night!

From the looks of the pits, it seems like everyone is running the same hauler/trailer combo. Hate to get lost down there trying to get back.
