The integration of mind and body and love for all experience as the connector

Mindfulness as the tool to stop identification
The power of renunciation and restraint
This 2005 dharma talk was originally published by Dharmaseed
“As long as we are identified with that sense of self in the mind, that identification creates fear, attachment, separation, comparing. If there’s an “I”, if there’s a self, then we have to defend it, we have to protect it, we have to gratify it, and our whole lives revolve around this particular identification.” - Joseph Goldstein

Too much of analytical thinking in the process.....we are caught in bondage to the thinking process itself....... just let go of everything and relax totally....and just feel the total presence of no levels at all....🪷

That's a valid point. The process quite simply is just being. However, most of us do have a mind that wants to know and it is more beneficial occupying it with Dharmic analytics than other things. Insight is an integral part of awakening for many. It certainly was for the Buddha!
