Just to clarify, Jesse was on the lead lap and racing for position when the incident occurred. The flagman never gave Jesse the move-over flag and the series does not notify traffic that the leaders are behind them. In short, Jesse had no idea the leaders were behind him.

FTF, Jesse needs to understand that he’s still in the “seat time” position. There’s no sense in getting upset, angry or depressed about not being the fastest thing on the track. Slow down and focus on the way the car feels and reacts to all the millions of differences in each track so you can LEARN how to get faster. Nobody can teach him feeling. It takes seat time! Just so you understand, I’m not getting down on Jesse! AT ALL! Just saying that he shouldn’t be upset in taking whatever place he gets in the near future. It’s always great to win, but it’s always better when you know exactly how you did it, and how to do it again. Mucho cudos to the top dog for taking it like the champ I see him as! He’s a great leader/example of how a true champion should be! #JosephJoiner!

Jesse here is a little trick that helped a buddy of mine back in the 90's. Kind of old school but it works. Put a 1989 penny in your left shoe (not the sock), when you get into the car put your left foot in first, tap the brake 6 times, and open and close your visor 3 times. Do this in any order. But before all of that, write your favorite Days of Thunder quote on a post-it note and put that in your right front pocket. Try it.

Hi , love the channel and the racing. You really make this very interesting in the way that you explaine things that go on in dirt late model racing . You could really see the tension in the air at the end between you three . I know Jonathan tried to keep everyone going in a good place at the end , but when he walked by the 56 car he whistled the oh he## this car has alot of work needed before the next race . Jesse kept blaming himself , but , he lacks the experience , I think , to always make the right decision, even when he isn't totally the blame !!!! I just hope that they can get back to the happy at the end no matter the outcome, that they are always on at the end . Good luck guys and you too Wheelman #10 , I love watching you sling the car through the turns .

Good racing by all 3! Jesse didn’t give up, Broseph used Jesse as a pic to block 00, and 00 wasn’t about to get double teamed lol. 3 people racing hard. Accidents happen. Cant expect anyone to let off with 2 laps to go racing for the lead!

Joseph, you looked very strong. Great bite coming off the corner and in traffic you seemed smooth. Traffic is part of racing as much as any other part when your the leader.

I know Jesse is still going through his learning curve, in my opinion this car is not handling correctly or is not setup to match his driving style or feel. Seems like he is constantly chasing it around the track. I assume you are trying different things to change the handling of the car for him, but the car seems loose and lacking forward drive. Which tells me it may not be so much Jesses driving but the car is affecting his ability to drive it. You can tell he has improved his wheel control but you can only control so much if you are dealing with an ill handling car. Just throwing some ideas out there to hopefully make his learning curve a little easier. Jesse I know you are bummed out by the wreck but that is racing and you was clearly wrecked by the 00 car. All in all a good night of racing unfortunately didn't go in your favor. Love watching the vids keep up the good work guys.

@scracer24c Thanks for the rant I could not have said it any better. You also brought more insight on what I was saying. If you watch the vids you can see Jesse has improved a lot for what he is working with. Yes the first couple nights he was sawing the wheel a lot and I teased about it hopefully in a good way. Before going any farther I worked on race cars but never drove one so I always try to encourage people not degrade them, if I had it wasn't intentionally. In my opinion I felt he done pretty damn good for the first time in a LM and by watching the vids he is improving a lot. So like you said there comes a time you can no longer blame it on the driver you have to search for other solutions. I personally believe they are getting to that point. If the driver doesn't have the equipment to match his style or compete against other drivers it makes his job much harder to perform. Either way Jesse you keep doing what you are doing and it will come to you no doubt in my mind.

As far as I can see the only car that was driving rough was the 00. He could've let off and dropped down. Joseph it you did a great job all night long. Keep Hunting the Front boys!

As bummed out as I am for Joseph, there are bigger things in life. A victory at the race track feels good for a moment, but a victory with Jesus last forever. Proud of you guys and for the positive attitude even though it is a bummer, but as a role model being positive in the face of adversity will be far more valuable then being mad and showing it. Joseph, you will get another win on a big stage. You’re an amazing driving pushing ANY car you drive to the edge of it’s limits. Jesse, stick with it and don’t let this slow you down brother! I only wish I had the opportunity to drive one of these cars in packing laps so I’m living vicariously through you, and I think a lot of others might feel the same way! You have a special opportunity, stick with it and listen to your immediate peers around you. They’re giving you sound advice it sounds like, even though they rib you a little too in the process. Love you guys! I wear my HTF blue had with pride in Topeka Kansas!

While I don't disagree with the fact that the 00 clearly was into Jessie's rear end on the "front stretch", let's not skip over the fact that Joseph completely doored Jessie in 1 (and had to), because that's what ultimately took the 56 and 00 out, and flattened Joseph's tire

I believe you’re the only person who watched the same race I just watched. 10 ran over the 56 LF. You can hear some lady saying no no no before the 00 car ever gets near the 56. I don’t think 10 intentionally did it but he started that chain reaction.
