I'm a x shaped African teen but im working out and I'm starting to get a better physical appearance I dont look like a balloon with noodle arms anymore I now have decent arms with huge forearms since I'm improving my grip Edit: I'm currently trying to get a six pack or four pack atleast hopefully my genetics can help me here😅

As an X I can't wear 90% of jeans/pants because most of them fit me tight but are too long because I have massive quads but short legs overall. My younger brother has 5-10cm longer legs than me 💀

José!!!!!!! Thank you you're totally right. I knew something was wrong because all the jeans I bought were to tied, but they were my size .

I went from a v shape to an X shape a few months after I started taking leg day just as serious as my upper body, now my legs are too big for skinny people's pants and my waist too small for pants that my quads and hamstrings actually fit it.

I personally wear "sport" joggings with slimmer ends near the ankle. The quads fit in there without pulling my pants down and i do not get comments about my butt every day like i do with jeans. Turns out the vid is accurate for the oversized clothes 😆

I feel your pain when I didn’t train legs everyone said I had a physical like captain American but I had small legs so I started to train legs a lot and now I have an x shape but I can’t find jeans that fit unless they are basically skin tight around my legs but that’s because they don’t fit my waist otherwise but because of that for a long time I wore joggers and now I wear a lot of just athletic wear pants or I just wear shorts but it’s always hot where I’m from so I can get away with that

I’am an X Shape guy and my ideal clothes is a good baggy jeans(I really can recommend Polar Skate Pants). Then I chose a t shirt I would choose a regular fit shirt because oversize shirts are not fashion. Its just important to know your size. I was struggling a lot there because I never tried something out do I bought always L. Once I was in a good mood I found out that M fits me much better.
