What a man .... What a legend
This guy managed not to give any advantages to his opponent, every time he meet a top 6 squad he managed to Secure atleast 1 point. That was masterclass. He knew exactly what to do in every single game. Chelsea didnt have the Best team ON the paper that season but Mourinho managed to get 110% of every single player. Never forget Costa and Fabregas partnership and ofc hazard. Most convincing title season without Being the Best team that season. TACtical masterclass. SPECIAL one for a reason

I think Player for player we were the best Team in 15. The team was incredibly balanced. Hazard, Costa and Fabregas could create and score against anyone and Matic, Terry, Cahill, Azpi, Ivanovic were really solid. Dont forget players like Remy and Drogba from the bench, really good team full of strong leaders.
He does cause a lot of ruckus, but he is still a lovely guy and a great manager. Glad we have him in the PL.

@@alangeorge5592 Bro, trust me with Abramovich backing Jose we would easily win the League. Takes a lot of money but Jose can still do it. Spurs has an awful defence and they dont like to spend money on Top players. This was always Mourinhos strength, managing top players and big egos.

Not a Chelsea fan or anything but God I miss this Jose! Doesn't look likely but I hope he can bounce back somewhere
To me, his greatest skills for success are to understand his players very well, and to have sincere friendship and communication with them. Also, all the players love him a lot. These good skills bring them the success all the time.
I wish mourinho could've done the same with united. I feel bad for him.

What a great great interview.
He's the best
Jose should be like Chelsea Sir Alex, Zidane at Real Madrid, Pep at Man city, Ole MU, and Jose should.. should be at Chelsea.

Chelsea's Jose Mourinho: Steven Gerrard wrong about John Terry rift
Too bad everyone needs to be compared to Alex Feguson. The conditions were ideal for a manager to have a long career and really run a football club from the front office to the back office when Ferguson entered. By the early 2000s ADHD and big money spending had infected club football. No manager in England since then has been offered stability at the football club. Things will get worse before they get better.

Yes I agree he's a gd manager but when Chelsea lose he does not stop making up excuses eg: when they lost to spurs 5-3 he said it was the refferes fault

Brandon Ewart It's called protecting your players, many managers throughout history (especially the great ones) do this in all sorts of ways. Fergie did this all through his career thats what made him such an incredible manager. Football is majority a mental game you see this with player forms. It is the managers job to keep players mentally ready the entire season. So Jose will always blame everything else apart from his players.
I can't believe how plastic Chelsea fans have turned against this man after all he did for them. Small clubs will always have small club mentality. Before their sugar daddy came from Russia they were nothing and even with all the money, they have no style and culture. What a shame!

Supported Mourinho untill the last game but that third season was a hard watch. His post match interviews were even more exhausting to watch. Part of me would like to see him manage Chelsea one more time but then under his management we let go of players like De Bruyne and Salah.
