Y'all might not believe me but My cousin plays for the Marlis #21 Christian Yelish and I meet Jose when I was 4 and I still remember and Jose was like a brother to me,he will always help me practice on my batting and out feild and when I heard the News it Stuck me, I was in 8th grade and I remember that My Christian came into my class with Don and He told me "Jesus Jose Died" and I burst into Tears... He will always be forever in my heart for all times.... R.I.P to a fallen brother and Best friend but also to a teammate #16 JDF

We lost our team starter to a concession I know how it felt to lose a brother who's that close I started that game I cried for 15 minutes before the game and during the 1st inning it hurts alot but we got me the most is when he sent a letter to school saying he wanted me to start the game I put for Ben on the back of my shirt and my hat so he can see I saw him out in the crowd and I hit a Homer he caught it on my around 2nd I cried my eyes out i moved away put Ben my brother I hope you are doing well i miss you bro and when I left it had nothing to do with you guys my father got a new job and it hurt so bad to say goodbye

Still cant believe that he is gone. I cried when he died. He will be missed forever.

youngblood204 it is hard to realize he is actually gone. MLB in 2017 I think will be sad and devistating for the Marlins

so sad that he died but a great pitcher with the breaking pitches and velocity

MLB and MLB the show needs to make a card for him and needs to put his name out there more alot of these guys that are good don't get to much credit where credit is due there hate on the guys or the team that lost a game that they shouldn't have lost and don't bring up old guys and dead people like Jose they need to show his family and him that we actually care and cared about him and his style of pitching not everybody in today's world pitches how he did it they gave Clayton Kershaw way to much credit and gave Jose absolutely nothing he was supposed to be the next Clayton Kershaw and by the looks of it he was and he wasn't going to blow every single playoff game he was in

They want to talk about Gary Sanchez and he's going to be the best fielding catcher in the world tom ryan Murphy was better than him nick hundley was better than him Salvador Perez is better they need to stop gaving a player so much boost where it doesn't need to be I know he's a good hitting catcher but they don't need to lie and say he's good at fielding sooner or later we will find out that there lieing if they want to gave someone a boost give it to someone who deserves it like Nolan Arenado not Gary Sanchez that's 2000 miles away from a good fielder Kris Bryant lost some of his fielding but they don't over due him and say he's the best in the world mad max is one of the best pitchers they don't over due him they barley bring his name up
