I have a 11001 carrier and it came loose in a box with no instructions. I'm not even sure all the parts are there. I can't find an install guide on the Josam site- Anyone have that info, or know where to find it? I have the spec sheet, but specifically wondering how it's meant to be mounted to the floor and wall framing to support the weight of the toilet. It has more threaded holes thank hardware in the bag and I'm wondering if it's missing parts. many thanks!
