Everything paid in counselling will be used as college fee. Suppose if your college fees is 1 lakh and you paid 40 thousand in counselling then in college you have to pay 60 thousand.

Sir, I have a query regarding counseling process. Say, in JOSAA Round-2, I got NIT Rourkela EE and paid the seat acceptance fees accordingly. Now, say in Round-3, I am getting NIT Trichy ME (as it is in higher choice). But I don't want that. In that scenario, do I get any option to retain Rourkela EE, or am I bound to take Trichy ME? Do I get any option for that in the portal? Please inform.
